In this photo from ignotus, the white stuff is kajmak, a Croatian style of fermented cow's milk....I don't know if that constitutes cheez or not, but he says it is like greasy, salty, cheez. If you are interested in this picture, go to this thread:

mmm, I love cheese! My mother and I actually went on a fancy cheese tasting thing a few months ago. Lots of good (and strange) cheeses!

I love brie though, probably one of my favorites. But it depends on the meal of course. This would be more like a dessert. Other cheeses I like are smoked Gouda and Monterey Jack.. oh and I also love blue cheese :wink:

If you mean all the cheese that's made in America then you're wrong. A lot of good cheese is made here. Maybe the recipe is from another country but there are lots of good cheese that are made and sold here.

But if you mean the yellow stuff called "American Cheese" they put on the burgers on Mac Donald's that tastes like rubber, then yes you're right. It sucks.

i was vegan for about 10 years. i just started eating cheese i dumpster dive. i sure missed it.
