Commander Risk / Risk 2210

My favorite Risk variant is Risk 2210. I like the idea of a growing currency each turn to be spent on commanders / basses / and commander cards.
For those that don't know, basically you get your territory army bonus like you do in normal risk (1 for every 3, with a minimum of 3) but then you also get that in currency, that you can spend to buy commanders or bases.
In Risk 2210 they all cost 5 currency and had abilities.
Land Commander (Rolls 8 Sided Die On Land)
Naval Commander (Rolls 8 Sided Die In Water Territories and Coastal Territories & Allows Armies To Play In Water)
Space Commander (Rolls 8 Sided Die In Space Territories & Allows Armies To Play In Space)
Nuke Commander (Rolls 8 Sided Die Everywhere)
Diplomat (Rolls 8 Sided Die For Defense Only)
Base (Rolls 8 Sided Die For Defense Only & Connects To Space & Can't Move)
In addition each commander had cards you could buy for 1 currency a piece that did various things, like reinforcements, bombardments, ect. A really nasty diplomat card called a cease-fire that could stop a specific player from attacking you for a turn, but it was rare.
If there was a website like this one for that type of game would you be interested?
