I take Peanut Butter over Jelly any old day. Peanut Butter is a much substantial and nutritious food source as compared to the high sugary content of Jelly. And I only buy All Natural Organic Peanut Butter with no hydrogenated oils. Smooth is the best in my opinion.

My favorite Jelly though is Rasperry/Jalepeno...sweet and hot!

But better than jelly on a peanut butter sandwich is a good ripe banana. Then wash it down with a big glass of Milk!

Hey, now! Careful about flaming outside of FW :D

Sure Jelly is sweet and gives you a quick sugar rush, but I have thought it over long and hard and Peanut Butter is by far the better choice. I have based it on solid nutritous facts:

Crunchy Peanut Butter Nutrient Analysis
(one serving=2 tablespoons of peanut butter)

Nutrient Percent Daily Value* (amount) Importance
Calories 10% (190 calories) Energy!
Protein 13% (8g) Needed to repair body tissues and develop new ones, to maintain fluid levels and to make antibodies which ward off disease and infection.
Fiber 8% (2g) Fiber reduces the risk of some types of cancer, helps control blood sugar levels and may help reduce the level of cholesterol in your blood.
Total Fat
unsaturated
saturated
24% (16g)
29% (13g)
13% (3g)
Most concentrated source of energy in the diet. Carries fat soluble vitamins such as A, D and E and helps maintain healthy skin.
Vitamin E 22% (2mg) Vital antioxidant which protects Vitamin A and body's cells and tissues from damage. Important for the immune system. May aid in the prevention of tumor growth.
Niacin 24% (4mg) Important in the release of energy from the food we eat and the maintenance of healthy skin, the nervous system and the digestive tract.

Folate 7.5% (30mcg) Important for the development of new cells, particularly during growth and pregnancy.
Vitamin B6 8% (0.15mg) Makes and breaks down proteins and makes red blood cells used to transport oxygen in the body.
Thiamin (B1) 3% (0.04mg) Needed to ensure normal functioning of the nervous system, appetite and digestion.
Riboflavin (B2) 2% (0.04mg) Releases energy from the food we eat, helps skin stay healthy and assists in the normal functioning of the eyes.
Magnesium 15% (52mg) Important in the building of bones and teeth, creation of protein, transmission of nerve impulses and maintenance of body temperature.
Phosphorus 13% (104mg) Component of all soft tissues. Fundamental to growth and maintenance of bones and teeth.
Copper 9% (0.17mg) Important to the formation of hemoglobin, health of bones, blood vessels and nerves.
Potassium 7% (244mg) Needed to ensure the body's water balance and create protein. Helps release energy from nutrients. Aids in nerve impulse transmission.
Iron 6% (0.62mg) Aids in the transport and distribution of oxygen in the body's cells.
Zinc 6% (0.91mg) Aids in the formation of protein, wound healing, blood formation, taste perception, appetite, and night vision.
Calcium 2% (13mg) Needed for the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

Of course these stats are for the Crunchy variety, but I don't think they would change any despite which variety you choose. Just make sure you stick with Organic brands, as they are healthier for you and won't clog up your arteries.

Well then, I think I would have to present that Creamy Peter Pan is the best peanut butter on the market. (does Creamy Peter Pan sound homoerotic?)

Kiss my ass. I have every right to provide this link so that some of those who may be misinformed, such as yourself, can actually read for themselves the nature of this candidates religious associations.
Frankly, I don't think HE even knows if he's Muslim or Christian, but what I do know is that while I was initially going to vote for him, what I found at that site convinced me his main ambition will be to furthering only the agenda of the Black Community.

And here lies your huge, gaping maw of a problem. How can you take it as gospel that he his committed to his church if he is secretly a Muslim, or a confused Muslim / Christian or whatever? In one sentence you say he will take his oath on the Koran, and in another that he is so totally and utterly committed to this Christian church that he's sold his soul to African aid... You can't have it both ways. You cannot assume things about his Church if you doubt his Christianity. Pick your criticism, please, so we can pick holes in it properly.

I personally believe he's a Muslim. Barack Hussein Obama. And that his attending a "Christian" church is merely a ploy to convince voters that he is in the mainstream in order to obtain the Presidency; However, of all the "Christian" churches he could attend, he selected one which voices loyalty to blacks and Africa. I think this says a lot about his character.

If he was a Muslim I would freaking cheer. If he's covering up his faith because he knows that our stupid-ass country wouldn't vote for someone who doesn't believe in their particular David Blaineish deity then good on him. I wouldn't personally lie, but I can see why someone would try to take bigotry out of the equation.

As far I'concerned, Jelly is this gelatin based dessert:
