O.k,I know it's winter, but enough with the #$@& snow already. It's been snowing everyday were I live since November 16,we've had 9 feet of the putrid stuff.I know there are people who actually enjoy it,who like winter activities, who enjoy the great outdoors, but come on people, even they must be suffering by now.Don't tell me that it's "pretty to look at"because it's a wolf in sheep's clothing.Given the chance it wold bury is all in a cold, white grave from which there would be no escape.I plow roads for the city were I live.YES I,m the evil guy who blocks your driveway(for those of you who live in northern climes)and take it from me, snow turns people into idiots. My buddies and I have been screamed at,had things tossed at us,even been threatened,by people who are usually, meek ,mild tempered individuals turned into monsters by pretty white flakes from above.O.k,I'm done venting, did me a world of good.Oh,looks it's snowing again, the insanity continues.

First of all I love snow. We didn't get much snow in Long Island this year so I am far from snowed out. I used to live in Key West Florida. Imagine a land where kids never see snow. Never. Never ever. No snow men. No snow angles. No snow balls.

I love snow and I love the men who plough the roads, even when they do snow me in. Hey the roads are clean right?

I hate salt. It does wonders on the roads, but it forms a mist on the highways and slowly starts to form on my windshield. And naturally cold weather and windshield wipers don't get along well together.

Powdery cold snow is wonderful. It's so easy to get off of the car. Wet snow and snow that partially melts and then freezes on the car is massively annoying.

And remember, snow makes a great insulator. So when it's well below freezing that snow covered car is nice and warm at ... well at freezing.
