I didn't think the blaring yellow was too horrendous until I went back to the bare de-saturated skin of this forum

I'd be more worried that the flame wars is called "the gas chamber" - you're just asking for trouble with that one...

I think years of staring into a screen has built up an immunity to horrible colours, as I didn't find that as eye-blindingly painful as it's claimed to be.
