I live halfway between Denver and Cheyenne.
Gas ranges ,even here in town, from $2.89-$3.09, depending on what station you go to.

No, it's not Bush's fault. It's the Wests fault in general, and the United States in particular.

And if the Gulf States have any sense prices will drop, because even the most ignorant planet-raping savage of a American will eventually work out it's cheaper to invest in renewable energy than pay ever increasing amounts of money to inherantly unstable nations.

Hopefully.

Oh, and in the UK its around £4 a gallon, which is about $7.

Think the minimum wage is £5.50 an hour, so $9.

Most of the cost of petrol here is in tax to try and persuade people to stop using it, same as cigarettes. (20 Marlboros = £5.09)

No one blames bush for hurricane Katrina (he didnt wave a magic wand and make a huricane), they just say he handled it badly.

Bush administration, car makers, oil companies, & consumers are all to blame.

Stop buying SUVs, stupid.

nh box. That is exactly why they go up.. Oil companies are mergering and taking advantage of the supply and demand.. Car makers are creating the demand.. the bush administration is in good with all the oil companies so they dont care if they are mergering and also dont have the balls to go in and break them up like the USFG did with standard oil.. and what box said

Stop buying SUVs stupid.

The government shouldnt illegalize it.. someone should be able to buy suvs if they want.. its just a stupid idea.. and they shouldnt bitch about gas prices.

You've got it exactly backwards. I didn't say you don't have a right to buy an SUV. I said SUVs are a cause of high gas prices, not to mention the damage to the environment they cause.

On the contrary, I said I don't like SUVs. Just because I don't like something though, doesn't mean I want to legislate my morality on others. This is the exact opposite of those who want to outlaw same sex marriage or abortion.

Make sense now?

US has cheapest gas because of poor mass transit.
