Do I have to 'hold it' for two second when I 'go down.' And again when I 'come' back up? Or is this 'straight' 'up and down action?'

I think both methods have an equal intensity, but it's vitaly important that you keep looking straight ahead at all times.

I have found that by lying on my front on the floor, while a friend holds a picture of rick astley in front of my face for ten seconds, then removes it, it is possible to continue almost indefinitely.

Just tried and got 4. Pretty tough. Kudos to all of you who did more than me.
