Yes, Good 4th of July to all of you. Don't forget to play the Stars and Stripes Forever and each branch's anthem and the national anthem to get you into the good patriotic spirit.


And yes, don't blow any limbs off. And if you live in the Salem, Oregon area, go ahead and come on down to Riverfront Park for a hopefully fun afternoon. And you can buy food stuffs from me. I don't know exactly what I'll be selling, but we'll be the only food booth and I'll be the guy with a high and tight haircut.

Anyway, I'm going to bed. Goodnight all.

Yes let's not get into a debate, like the fact that the declaration wasn't actually signed until the fancy copy was made on August 2nd; some of the signers weren't present when the final vote was taken on July 4th and the document was sent to the printers. The delegation from New York never got approval to approve it until July 19th. (Hey this is New York, it hasn't changed much since then.)
