Serious question.

Does anybody here have positive or negative experiences with food sensitivity testing, especially for kids (but any experience is helpful)?

I am getting mixed information on whether it works or not and am looking for more data. (even anecdotal)

I was tested for sensitivity to milk at about 11 or 12. All I remember is I couldn't have chocolate over Halloween. Or cheese for that matter. Or milk. I was not a happy camper. Turns out I have all my lactose enzymes.
