Loose change has. Currently they are working with both that Ramirez Guy(bombs in the sub levels of tower[1?] where he was working on 911), and families of victims of 911. I believe both of these seperate cases are being pressed into the NY state supreme court. Ramirez is also sueing NY, and the Federal Government. As well as several news agencies... last I checked.
Loose Change is also working to force Bush to allow independant research into the events of 911, but that suite is going no where.

As far as aliens, Brail lost a law suite, and declassified a ton of stuff..... though I don't know of any serious cases in the US....

JFK, who knows? His family had public careers....

AIDS was developed by the U.S.--- is actually turning into a lawsuite I believe, but was blocked by Texas State's Attorny. I'm watching to see what heappens next.

Which conspiracies exactly? Some have a lot of physical, witness, and circumstancial evidences. Like Rosewell, NM being an Alien crash.

Therefore it's next to impossible to uncover a conspiracy. Not impossible but damn near.

Hence the term "conspiracy."

And War cannot possibly mean acts of Terrorism?

If a conspiracy to aid the terror attacks, or even to commit the act itself, exists, the people involved are traitors and deserve the penalty for such, which, is death. And any who know something but are not doing anything are part of the problem.

Penn and Teller, on a History Channel show on Nostradamus and 9-11 once said that if the "Nostradamus predicted it" crowd knew it was going to happen, the fact they didn't say a thing untill after the fact is criminal. I tend to agree; if it was known, it is criminal to not say anything or do something to stop it beforehand.

Everyone agrees. But it's strange how something will get declassified, but no charges are ever brought up on anyone.

For example, recently the CIA declassified thousands of experiments(carried out in the 60s to early 70s) on mind control. The simplest example is that they had slipped LSD into random peoples (some not random) drinks to watch the effects of the drug, and see if these 'patients' were open to suggestion. Some people died. But no charges have been brought.
Only a single civil case for the wrongful death of a CIA agent, alone in a cabin. The CIA had told the family of the 'patient' that he had a heart attack. Turns out, they put LSD in his coffee.

Not only this, but they kidnapped others and forced hypnosis on them.... One famous patient of this treatment later shot Robert Kennedy....... and he claims that he doesn't remember a thing.....

You can almost call this a conspiracy. Even though all the facts are open for public viewing, still no charges?

Well, all the "predictions" seem to come after the fact. And there is a quatrain or whatever that talks about a "new city" and falling towers, another about "brothers in the city of York". Neither are very convincing that a certain late-medievel medicene man had any gift of immense foresight.

I knew the CIA was looking into use of LSD, but that none of those experiments proved useful.

Didn't stop it from getting into the hands of the "Free Your Mind" movement. More like Fry Your Mind.

The CIA literally gave it to them. The more test subjects, then potentially the more loyal subjects. They would go to concerts and give LSD out. They used to put posters up on campuses looking from healthy kids to participate. It must have been awesome. Once they reliezed that you couldn't control a mind with LSD, then they tried to control people through the addictions.

Hold up let me break this argument up so that it's easier to discuss.
The CIA, Pentagon, and NASA all have a "black budget." I assume you know what I'm talking about there.

In the case of the CIA's mind control experiments, I'm not sure how aware of this case you are. People have come forward, Dateline did a special and there were a couple of people on there asking for forgiveness. Also, the formerly top-secret docs DO name names. Not only names of those killed, but also the names of those who slipped them the LSD. Now, that agent who died in a cabin, the Department of Justice refuses to bring about any charges, but the victim's family has a huge civil suite out there. But I don't know what became of it.
As far as other "test subject" like those kidnapped and forced to go through hours and days and weeks and months of hypno-therapy, no names are given. But we know that the CIA has them. Dateline inferred that these were likely prisoners who signed up not knowing what was going to happen to them.

The CIA has declassified this. Before it was considered a conspiracy, now the conspiracy is why there are no charges brought up. I'm suprised that you missed this, it was big BIG news a while back. People were pissed.
There were a few tapes released too. You could prolly find them on the web. The only one I remember was were a CIA scientist attached a remot control to a Bull's brain(still had it's horns too) and was controlling it. The tape was black and white, and trippy. He could make the bull charge, jog, walk, stop, and lay down. Kinda cool I suppose.
