i've been in the market recently for a laptop and have narrowed it down between 3 models.

Toshiba Satellite P305-DS8818 17.1 http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/Expanded ... ustRatings
it's only $589 cuz it's the display model

HP Pavilion dv6910us http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/Search.do?c=1&searchType=user&keyword=dv6910&searchSection=All&go.x=0&go.y=0

Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5881 http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/Search.do?c=1&searchType=user&keyword=l305ds5881&searchSection=All&go.x=0&go.y=0

So i ask any computer geeks, or people with experience with these models which is best

Toshiba's are decent, but they lack the technical support of HP. HP's are known for their clear image on the screen and they tend to last longer.

I've had several laptops over the years. HPs seem to hold up better, fail less frequently, and function more smoothly than Toshibas. IBMs seem to be the most stable of all PC laptops, but don't function as well as I'd like, to give you an idea.

Just one guy's opinion.
