FBI was told to blame Anthrax scare on Al-Qaeda

Anthrax scientist Bruce Ivins stood to benefit from a panic

This whole thing seems a bit fishy doesn't it? Kinda like the DC Madam's death by suicide.

The story appears to be: this guy mailed out anthrax, Bush & Co were eager for more "terrorist" evidence, the guy is found out, he kills himself.

I'm not feeling "conspiracy" here. Otherwise he'd have been killed off long before he was connected to the mailings.

The "conspiracy" part would be found in three things.

The Anthrax was a weaponized strain. So they must have known where it originally came from, after the first attack.

The first people hit by the Anthrx were people who were critics of Bush... and looming war(s).

If it was a weaponized strain.... then how many people would have really had access to it? And been able to sneak it away?

Does anyone remember the guy who was arrested for this a couple of years ago? He was allegedly one of three people in the nation who had unattended access to this strain. He used to transport it, basically he was a courier. Why would the FBI let him sit in jail for so long?

Limited access + One place in the world make this strain + Dude sits in jail for 2(?) years without having anything to do with it + "real suspect" commits suicide before being questioned/brought to justice. Plus there the question of (A) motive and (B) fat profits from royalties.

This is kinda like the DC madams suicide isn't it?

Not to mention this guys close friends deny he was anything like the media is portraying him as. A psychopath bent on murder or something along those lines. It sounds like a set up and this guy had nowhere to go, probably threatened by the FBI and such.
