How does one go about acquiring such things?
If sensible tips are posted then I'll seriously consider posting a photo-diary of my stomach's journey from "Defined" to "Awesome/Kramsey".

You'll be able to see them from space using my method, if you draw them on.
It's worked a treat for me.

I find masturbating furiously like a safari park chimpanzee keeps my right arm in trim.

An ab routine if you're at all serious.
5 crunches in each leg position (cross arm in a x pattern behind your head to avoid pulling on your neck directly)
leg position:
fully extended together (feet six inches off ground)
fully extended spread widely apart (feet six inches off ground)
fully extended together (legs held perpendicular to the floor)
fully extended spread widely apart (legs held perpendicular to the floor)
Yes the "do me" position
fully extended left leg (feet six inches off ground) with right knee pulled up in front
fully extended left leg (feet six inches off ground) with left knee pulled up in front
both knees bent 90 degrees lying on your left side (partner holds at knee and hip)
both knees bent 90 degrees lying on your right side (partner hold at knee and hip)
both knees bent 90 degrees lying on your left side (partner holds at knee and ankle)
both knees bent 90 degrees lying on your right side (partner hold at knee and ankle)
You'll curse me for days and should start seeing results in 2-3 weeks.
