"Prostitute", because, when said with an Eastern European accent, it is comic gold.

All of the others are just comic meh, except for whore. But only when the guys on The Sopranos say it, or Danny DeVito, with their New Jersey accents, and even then, it's only like, comic silver, not gold.

How about woman, just plain self-reliant, self-aware woman?

The word for this that I find amusing is "strumpet". It sounds like a musical instrument, but I dunno which bit you blow into, or which bit you hit with the stick...
