A Girl Dilemma

I was at a golf camp in the summer of '07 and there was one girl there; she and I made eye contact a lot and it was obvious we wanted to talk to each other. So on the very last day of the camp, everything happened the way it had to for us to finally talk to each other. I got her number and her AIM screen name, and that night we talked for an hour on AIM, a total of 6 hours the next day, and something like 4 and a half the next. So obviously, things were going good. We would eventually go on two dates to the mall, where we saw a movie each time and did some shopping (the second date went much better than the first, but that is not implying that the first one was bad). So after the second one, she stopped getting online. I figured she was busy, you know, so I respected that and didn't bother calling her or anything because that would make me look kind of like a dick. So like a month passed or something, and she would get on probably once a month now at this time. We'd just have this super awkward, 5-minute conversation each time. So at this point, we've pretty much just stopped talking.
Then December came along. I ended up bumping into her (literally) at the mall. We talked for like 2 minutes, and that was actually surprising not-awkward at all. But that didn't exactly help matters because we would not talk or see each other again for a very long time. That is, until last night. I was at my high school's football game (go hornets, score of 27-6!), and everything was going swimmingly. Half-time came along, and guess who shows up. That girl. She's with this dude from my school who's at least 9 feet tall, and she ends up sitting like 3 rows in front of me. So I'm like freakin' out 'what the f*ck why is she here!' I said to my friend next to me (he had no idea what I was talking about). But I guess she saw me (I was trying to avoid her) so earlier today, around 4 when I was at my friends house playing guitar, she texts me something like 'Hey! why didn't you say hi to me last night?!' So I'm thinking 'ah shit'. But I just kinda remembered what good times we'd had and how pretty she was, so I decided to text back. We ended up texting for like an hour, then I went to another friend's hockey game.
So now I'm trying to decide what to do. Should I text her 'hey what's up?' or somethin..should I wait until some time tomorrow to do that..should I send her a message on facebook (which would be kinda useless since I don't even check mine anymore)..or should I just let her go. I'd really like to get with her again though, she's seriously one of the best people I've ever met -- she's really nice, fun and easy to talk to, beautiful, the works.
And this is where you come in. I need some advice on how to approach this situation.
