That was no joke. He meant it and it seemed as though he said it like it's the norm. This just furthers my point by calling him the next Bush. Afterall, can Bush's actions over this past term be considered anything other than dictatorship?

Heard no mention of Marvin Bush in that clip. Lets assume Jones said it anyways, what does that prove? Why would a man lie about something that can be easily researched and proven false? This leads us to 2 explanations. Either it was the truth or he was misinformed. I have heard something about a Bush relative having something to to with the WTC but that is not what convinces me it was an inside job. The overwhelming evidence of a cover-up does. Unanswerable questions. (or at least the lack thereof of "good" answers)

Thanks for the benefit of the doubt - i'll dig out the proper clip when i get a moment. Might be from the same series- he's at ground zero, giving a speech to a small crowd there.

Hell, i researched the Marvin Bush link myself and found, after 10 minutes of webcrawling, company filings from the SEC, online, that prove he didn't own the security company in question (he was only a board member), and proof that the people in charge of security at WTC on 9/11 were, as ever, the NY Port Authority.

Yet alex jones, supposedly a troofer authority, looks these people in the eye and declares that Marvin Bush was in charge of security at the WTC on 9/11.
Now if that were true, it would be a large weapon in the troofer's conspiracy arsenal, wouldn't it? But it's not true. Not even slightly.

What does this prove? Well, it proves he hasn't bothered to check his facts or his sources - 'making wild accusations without backing it up' in other words

- or perhaps it shows that he doesn't care about any of that 'truth' and 'proof' stuff when it gets in the way of his conspiracy theories.
Either way, the man is, simply, untrustworthy. It is as clear as it can be.

Regardless of the credibility of Marvin Jones McCain did say dictator in that video. Unless the clip was altered to substitute a word, it stands to say that he slipped. I don't believe that he meant to say it and I believe that he didn't realize that he said it, but he did say it. I don't think that Obama thinks any less of the position though.

Don't even begin to imagine that you can keep this discussion on-track long enough for you to force a 'troofer' to admit that they might be wrong/inaccurate/speculating (...again). The moment that the (manifold and gaping) holes in their argument's armour are exposed (like now), they inevitably respond with a deluge of completely unrelated accusations (see Jay's quoted post above) and/or repeated shriekings of meaningless soundbites ("Join the Revojution! Now! Furthermore, bothering to refute 'troofer' arguments is kind of pointless anyway. Yes cola, we wen't over this before. Marvin Bush did not own the company, BUT after 9-11 GEORGE BUSH sealled all of the records as to what he did do while sitting on the board. No one knows what he did or did not do.

And no, I don't think Alex Jones has been discredited. For three reasons
1) It takes ore than one incident of possably being missinformed, no?
2) He was the first person to talk about spider-goats. SPIDER-GOATS.
3) Everyone comes forward on his show. If he's such a kook than why do all these whistleblowers choose his show?

And not a reason but a head turner, he's good friends with Willie Nelson. And Willie Nelson knows how to pick his friends. Yeah.

You must not listen to his show. I think he's a bit of a kook myself, but he does get some amazing stories. With documentation. Early in the week he had a woman who worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation talking about how they gave untested vaccines to people in third world countries, and then when the test results came back... they simply removed the data that didn't look good... She had quite a few stories, as she has worked for several pharmecutical companies.

Why did they "pull" building 7?

Why was the collapse of building 7 reported in England BEFORE it actually collapsed?
