Was he really...?

In this video clip the president looks all playful while handing Mohammad Ali a civilian medal of honor, however, even though the situation turned humorous, if you really watch Mohammad Ali's eyes and left hand, you can really tell that he was thinking about clocking Bush. And what even makes the situation that much more evident that Ali was fairly close to dropping Bush, is that a Marine steps in between the president and Ali to help escort the fighter away.

Maybe the twitch or whatever in his eyes and hands is from the horrible Parkinson's he has?

The twitching, yes, but the glare...no.

It seemed he actually started to move towards Bush a bit with a closed fist. The Marine stepping in between them was the give away for me that Ali was really thinking about putting the smack down on Bushy Boy.

Nah, he wasn't glaring.

Also, that was a soldier, I believe. Perhaps an airman in some obscure uniform I have no idea about, but definitely not Marine.
