I live in Interior Alaska and I've had snow for about 3 weeks. (granted, it did come a little earlier than usual this year)

We'll be lucky if we see any significant amount of snow stick here.

Nothing here so far, although I imagine it's only a matter of time.

It should be about another four weeks before we get snow here, based on when it came last year.

Now, that's what I thought this thread would be about.

Still:Snow here ? unpredictable, the temperature here goes up and down like the underwear of a woman of negotiable affections on payday.

The year before last, when I took the curlson for soccer try-out, in March, it was 80 degrees when we got home at 8pm. The next three weeks matches were cancelled due to snow.
Since living here, I've been the hottest I've ever been in my life outside Kenya(where it reached 140 degrees one day), and the coldest I've been in my life anywhere.

Who are you kidding? It's always snowing in Jersey. Mostly relegated to the yuppies in Hoboken, or, on the other end of the state, the Philly yuppie satellite colonies of like, Collingswood. And of course AC is all about it, whereas the NWK/ Irvington cats suspiciously buy lots of baking soda from their local groceries, if you know what I mean.

Dirty Jerz is dirty for a wealth of pretty good reasons.

Nice...probably won't snow here until mid dec. But it has been getting very very cold (like, in the 30s) through the night so I suppose there's a chance some will come earlier. I'm really looking forward to have snowdays! We didn't have any last year

Shorts and sandles weather starts here at about 35.
