Yes, just an FYI before I get made fun of, I do think that this is a conspiracy.
If this scientist did it, he did not act alone.
It should not have taken more than a few hours to bust the killer either, because the anthrax used is only manufactured in one place.
I think that it's great that his friends are going to sue. I'm loving the Army Times right now.
