DC usually produce far better animation than Marvel, just as Marvel seem to win in the live action area.

90s Spider-Man and X-Men would disagree with you.

Batman Beyond was an incredible show from the 90s too though. DC Animation has been hitting sluggers with their movies in the last decade. Marvel has had some good shows, but also some Teen Titans Go (Hulk and the Agents of SMASH anyone?)

(recap- it was stolen, used in a murder, recovered.)
There was a lot of damage to the car, as the curlson discovered when the police had finally finished with it.
The insurance company have declared it "totalled", and towed it away.
Now we are waiting to see what they're gonna pay.
Meanwhile, did I mention that someone stole the curlette's phone? They then hacked into her bank account to the tune of $300. The bank have agreed this was not her and "provisionally" credited the money back to her account.

Yowza. At least both of these items sound like they didn't involve personal harm, which is a bright side.

Yeah, they were both pretty shaken up. But everyone's OK, which is good. Mrs thecurl will be seeing them both this week, stopping off in NJ on her way to Khartoum on business. Somewhat nervous as one part of her journey is Egypt Air into Cairo.
And I'll be seeing them in a couple of weeks, after a visit to the aging parents in Wales and Essex (England Essex, not some US knock-off). We were hoping to bring Grandma over for the curlette's high school graduation, but she doesn't feel up to it. Still, I'll be there and so will the curlson and Mrs thecurl. I haven't got a "curl" epithet for my grandaughter yet, which is ironic, as she is curly. Hmm... what about "the curlsonette"? Whatever, I'm looking forward to seeing her, it's months since I did.
