You know, there is a growing field in communications theory known as intra-thread vivobumping, where those dedicated to the craft actually re-post (or requote) posts made much earlier in a thread's history. A long-established thread such as t.l.r,t-O.NSFW would be an ideal candidate for this procedure.
Bernie, perhaps you would be interested in working with your colleagues Yoshi, Quirk and Mr. swdk to implement an efficient and effective bump-strategy for this thread?
