TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
This is a League Format. Each League will have 10 Players. Every Season, 3 will be Promoted and 3 Relegated.
Finish 1st: You get Promoted 3 Leagues Finish 2nd: You Get Promoted 2 Leagues Finish 3rd: You Get Promoted 1 League Finish 4th to 7th: Remain in Current League Finish 8th: Get relegated 1 League Finish 9th: Get relegated 2 Leagues Finish Bottom: Get relegated 3 leagues
***Premier League will have 6 players relegated: Bottom Drops 3 Leagues, 8th and 9th Drop 2, 5th,6th and 7th Drop 1.
As a NEW SUPER LEAGUE PLAYER, you will start in one of the bottom 4 Leagues. This Tournament will run for years. You have plenty of time to work your way to the TOP!
LEAGUE GAMES:
- You play a HOME and AWAY Match versus every Opponent in your League. - So that is 18 Match Ups Per Season. - 4 Games per Match Up. - 2 Games on a HOME MAP + 2 Games on a Random Map
HOME MATCH: - You are the Green Army for HOME games. - 2 Games on Map of your Choice (Your Home Map) - 2 Games on Random Map - You accept Game Invites Last - Can move immediatly taking full advantage of your opponent not getting any snaps!

Over the years, He found a very close friends Group on here. He genuinely connected with CC. He spoke with CC friends a lot over the years, more often as his condition demanded more of his attention, and, support in the last 2 years of his life. To name a few of them, Swimmerdude99, The_Samurai, Ltrain & pconnolly365.
No matter how challenging life was for Josh, He was always searching for positives and building friends up and encouraging others.
He Had a Wife and Children who will miss him dearly, but they know he is off to a better place where he will be at peace and where his suffering will cease. He was a religious Guy who 100% beleived in an after-life, and who preyed often with one of his friends Swimmerdude99.
His frends agreed on 3 things which Josh would pass on to the wider CC community:
1/ You don't have to do crazy things to be influential. You don't have to have a world stage to make big changes. You don't have to be perfect to be good. You don't have to be good, to help others. You don't have to lack suffering, to hobble along with others. You don't have to pretend everything is fine, to still experience joy.
2/ Don't doubt the influence each moment you spend can have. Look for joy, cry with those around you, remember its okay to not fit in, be normal or process things like everyone else.
3/ Sign Up for an ACE Tourney doing one of Josh's FAV things! And also celebrating the passing of a dear friend, a formidable opponent and an all round good Good Guy of CC!

CK MEMORIAL CUP
For this very fitting tribute to one of the LEGENDS of CC and a dedicated SUPER LEAGUE SCUDDER in the final months of his life, we are expecting this Tournament to easily surpass 300 WARRIORS of RISK!
As CK enjoyed playing in the Super League right up to a couple of days before his passing (even after withdrawing from all his other CC commitments), The 'Band of Brothers Super League' will be FULLY SUPPORTING this MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT.
The Tournament itself will comprise 2 Phases...........
- A SURVIVAL phase to whittle out the weakest 90% of players in our Ranks...........
- And a KNOCKOUT phase to take us from the 32 Survivors at the end of the Tournament..........

This is a Round based Tournament where each Round needs to complete before we commence a new Round of Games. It is also a fast moving Tournament, the SLOWEST MAPS are BANNED to allow steady progression through the Tourney.
SURVIVAL PHASE
Each Round each player will play 3 Games against the same opponent. 1 Game on each of the Players HOME MAP and 1 Game on a RANDOM MAP.
The SOLE OBJECT of the SURVIVAL PHASE is to reach the KO stages. When we get to the KO Phase, POINTS become meaningless! Up to that Phase, Points accumulation will only get you BYE's to get closer to the KO's! But these BYE's become CRUCIAL. Because players will FALL while you automatically advance to the next Round!
The SURVIVAL PHASE continues until ONLY 32 Players....or less SURVIVE!
HOME MAP - Each entrant selects a HOME MAP at the start of the Tournament. This will remain as your HOME MAP for every Round. - You accept Game Invites Last - Can move immediatly taking full advantage of your opponent not getting any snaps! - Settings: Auto, Seq, Esc, Chained, Foggy, No Round Limit.
AWAY MAP: - This is a Game on your OPPONENTS HOME MAP. - You accept Game Invites First - Your Opponent can move immediatly taking full advantage of you not getting a Snap! - Settings: Auto, Seq, Esc, Chained, Foggy, No Round Limit.
RANDOM MAP: - A Game on a RANDOM MAP (randomly selected each Round from the Maps that are not BANNED). - It will be SUNNY so both Players will be invited at the same time. - Settings: Auto, Seq, Esc, Chained, Sunny, No Round Limit.
SCORING - Win 3-0 = 2 Points. - Win 2-1 = 1 Point. - Lose 1-2 = Zero Points, but.......You SURVIVE to progress to the next Round. - Lose 0-3 = TOURNAMENT ELIMINATION regardless of your points total.
BYES - For every 50 Players set to participate in a SURVIVAL ROUND, The Tournament Leader will recieve a BYE in the following Round (excluding Rd 1 Obv). - If 300 Players progress to Rd 2, there will be 6 BYE's up for Grabs. If only 250 make it, then only 5 BYE's will be up for Grabs. - You cannot acculumate any points in a Round where you are lucky enough to have a BYE.
ODD MAN BYE - If this leaves an ODD number of players. An additional BYE is added........The ODD MAN BYE. - Meaning the next highest player on the Scoreboard also gets a BYE.
TIE-BREAKERS: 1. Points 2. Who had most Points in the Previous Round, then in every Previous Round back to Rd 1. 3. Whoever Finished the Current Round Fastest. 4. Whoever Finished the Previous Round Fastest, then in every Previous Round Back to Round 1.
ROUND DRAWS: To determine each players opponents in each Round, After the Players on a BYE have been removed, It will be a RANDOM DRAW between the 'Top Half' and 'Bottom Half' of the remaining players on the Leaderboard. To determine the Player Order: 1. The more Points you have, the higher you are on the Leaderboard. 2. The more Points you had in the previous Rounds, all the way back to Round 1 will be used as the next factor. 3. The Higher League you are in in the Super League will place you Higher on the Leader board. 4. The Higher Ranking you are at the commencment of the The Tournament.
KNOCKOUT PHASE
- When there are only only 32 SURVIVORS remaining, points are DISCARDED and............we enter the KO PHASE of the Tourney! - If we move to the KO phase with less than 32 Players, Points will continue to decide who get's Byes in the following Round. - Points accumulation will be 1 Point for a 1 Match Victory (3-2, 4-3, etc) and 2 Poins for a larger victory (4-1 or 5-0, 5-2 or 6-1 or 7-0, etc)

A Couple of Updates in this one. It's worth reading!
BANNED HOME MAPS:
As voted for by Super League Players, Maps with an Average Turn Time of over 12 Rounds are BANNED from the Super League. It keeps the Tournament a fast moving Tournament.
When we added the Season 10 Stats onto the BANNED MAP Analysis:
1. Three Kingdoms Of Korea: avg. 11.96 - The Average turn time for this map has dropped below 12 so can be selcted as a HOME MAP in Season 12 2. Trench Warfare: avg. 12.15 rounds - This increased so is now BANNED as a choice for Season 12 (no players have this as their HOME Map) 3. Circus Maximus: avg. 12.11 rounds - Is now BANNED. One player: plurple has this map currently as their home map so requires to change HOME Map for Season 12!
HOME MAP CHANGES / REST SEASON REQUESTS / TOURNAMENT WITHDRAWALS Are now open on the Tournament Forum. To request one of these, just reply on the Forum and tell us what you want.
CC WARNING
I have received a WARNING from CC on the content of my COMMENTARY MAILS. So, I'm unsure where we go from here. Needless to say, I think all my mails are made with FUN at their heart. So, I'm currently considering my options
But needless to say an appeal against the Allegations is more than likely. So stay tuned!
But may I remind all participants: **Commentary will be made on the Tournament. So you will receive CC Mails containing the HIGHLIGHTS and COMMENTARY throughout the time you participate in the Super League.
If you do not wish to receive Commentary and Highlights Mails: 1. Just send them straight to your Delete Box. A Rule can be set up to do this. 2. Do not Enter The Tourney / Withdraw. 3. Play the Tourney as it is described.
DO NOT: 1. Enter the Tournament then tell Orgnisers to change the Tournament set up around commentary.
Problems have arisen with CC taking fun commentary as a "Character Assasination" and being "Cruel and Rude" which is clearly not the case if anybody has read the relevant CC Mail or indeed any of my Commentary. Upshot is I got a Warning for this which has been appealed.
And lastly, CC does not accept the terms of Tournaments I Set up. CC say that anybody who does not want a mail can simply say so and it is the Organiser who must make arrangements. Instead of the Tournament entrant just deleting it (a one off 15 seconds job to set up a rule for every future mail).
I have explained the problems with this when you are dealing with HUGE Tournaments:
I explained that ""A Tournament of 350 Players, all receiving 3 mails per week. Say 2 Tournaments running at the same time. 15 People in 1 Tournament don't want mails and 6 people in another don't want mails. All requesting this at different times in the Tournament, With 3 Tournament Organisers sending out mails to each Tournament. As you can see it really is not that simple. But frankly, I really should not be required to justify myself. Especially when it is made clear to players BEFORE THEY ENTER that they will receive Commentary mails. I have to Block people, and it is a 15 Second Job so i'm not buying your reasoning." (CC's Reasoning that it easier for me who must make arrangements rather than the player entering a Tournament being aware that the tournament specifically comes with commentary)
So the following CANNOT be used in the Super League:

I am not discarding this very fair principle.

As of this update we are almost exactly at the halfway point of all games completed. Out of the 8228 games to completed this season, 4038 have been completed already. So it is only fitting to pause and reflect on those who have managed to escape the butchers knife so far and currently undefeated and an INVINCIBLE at the moment.
Invincibles League 10 has our first two invincible warriors. Avi8or and osujacket have both managed to keep a clean sheet so far at the half way point. Seeded first and second, they are sticking to form and dominating this group. League 11 has another double invincible. Here it is ccateacher and luxbock who have yet to taste defeat.A special shout out to ccateacher who, as the 9th seed in this league is currently in second… but pushing for top spot. Then there is phersjm in League 13 who is also sailing through the season. Although, currently sitting in 6th in this league, they will need to get some more wins on the board to guarantee a promotion. League 14 is home to our very own ‘Barista’, hotcoffee76. Has completed 6 matchups, to currently be out in front looking for that triple promo. Next is bobzimmerman in League 15, although after having only completed four matchups, has a very long way to go before he can start eyeing off INVINCIBLE glory Dusty21 has already taken out two league titles to land in League 17, and he is aiming for his third. Halfway through his completed matchups and no one is yet to beat him. The closest was nick11 at home who scrapped for a draw. League 19 has another double INVINCIBLE chance. With Colby*Club having completed 8 matchups with five draws currently in second place and denominator, after 5 matchups in fifth place. It goes to show that being unbeaten doesn’t necessarily mean you win your league. Mad777 and smegal69 (its my precious now) are pumping the opposition here. Both have completed seven matchups, but smegal69 is one point behind Mad777. Matchdays 8 (currently running) and 17 are the times when these guys go head to head. Keep an eye out on those results. In League 21, plurple is currently toiling away at home at the Circus Maximus. Undefeated at the moment and looking to finish the season strong. League 22 players are running scared from anonymus! Obviously in the running for an INVINCIBLE title (or I wouldn’t be talking about them)… but is creating carnage when fighting AWAY. Of the four completed matchups, they are sitting with 13wins to 3 losses, including two absolute PUMPINGS of the opposition. Home court advantage means nothing to this guy. DominatED in League 24, is copying the tactics of anonymus and on current form seems to prefer fighting AWAY rather than at HOME. He is joined by nickthesticks in the undefeated category for this league. Our final possible INVINCIBLE is wrongwayrebekah in our last league. Although with only three matchups complete…. There is a still a very long way to go yet.
So out of all of our active players, there are only 17 remaining with a shot for being able to brag about being an INVINCIBLE in Season 11. Everyone else… if you are in these leagues and ae going up against them… you know what you need to do to stop them.

You continue on every Season until you withdraw from the tournament all together at the end of any Season, or simply take a Season as a rest and hold your position with a Rest Season.
But, that's your HOME MAP updated for next season.
