Tournament comprises a TOTAL of only 8 Games per Player, played over only 3 Rounds. So in Ryder Cup '23', It's a bit of a SPRINT!
In ALL 8 Games, you will be playing opponents of a similar Rank to Yourself. In QUADS and DUBS games, you will be playing with Team Mates of a similar Rank to Yourself.
A HUGE Congratulations to Team Europe. Another tremendous Victory over USA demonstrates that Europeans make the best Golfers by far! 16 1/2 V 11 1/2, it wasn't even close. Uncle Sam was royally PUMPED in ROME!
CC was started in 2006. Since then, the scores in (The Real) Ryder Cup are Team Europe 6 v Uncle Sam 3. It's been a great 20 Years in Europe!
BUT, the burning question is.........Who makes the best RISK Players????
Europeans or Americans?
Could the American Gung Ho attitude over come the finesse of Europeans Superior IQ Levels and Skill?
Thankfully we already know the answer to that Question. In CC Ryder Cup 1......Played over a HUGE 4,190 Games in 2021, making it the largest CC Tournament (at the time).............Team Europe came out on Top. It was not even close, Europe was on Fire, USA was Terrified! It was truly an immense Tournament attracting the best 270 RISK players from the World over, representing the 2 Continents.

- Teams will be taken from the 1st Players to Enter. It'll be the 1st 64 / 128 Team USA Players versus the 1st 64 / 128 Team Europe Players to enter, or more if more players enter buy the Tournament will start when Teams are level in size.
- You will play Players of a similar Ranking to your own. Both Teams will be split into Quarters. Top Ranks, Top-Middle Ranks, Bottom-Middle Ranks, Lower Ranks. You will always play in Teams with Players of your Own Rankings against the opposing Teams Players from the same Quarter, so a similar Ranking. Players Ranks will be taken from the start of the Tournament.
- There will be 3 Rounds in the Ryder Cup, just like in the Real Ryder Cup.
- Round 1: QUADS: You will be in the same Team as 4 Players from your same Quarter. You will Play 2 Games against the same Opposing Team from your opposite Quarter. 1 Game on a Team USA Map, 1 Game on a Team EUROPE Map. Win 2-0=1Point, Draw=1-1=1/2 Point, Loss 0-2=0 Point. *Will TRY to accomodate your choice of map .
- Round 2: DUBS: You will be in the same DUBS Team from your same Quarter. You will Play 2 Games against the same Opposing Team from your opposite Quarter. 1 Game on a Team USA Map, 1 Game on a Team EUROPE Map. Win 2-0=1Point, Draw=1-1=1/2 Point, Loss 0-2=0 Point. *Will TRY to accomodate your choice of Map.
- Round 3: SINGLES: You will Play against an Opposing Player from the same Quarter. You will Play 4 Games against the same Opposing Player from your opposite Quarter. 1 Game on a Team USA Map, 1 Game on a Team EUROPE Map, 2 Games on a RANDOM Map. Win 2-0=1Point, Draw=1-1=1/2 Point, Loss 0-2=0 Point. *If you have selected a MAP this will be used for 1/4 Games.
- Pick your Map for Trips, Dubs and Singles from your countries maps. (For Dubs and Trips we will try to match your choice).
To Enter:
1. Pick a Side: Europe / America
2. If you have a preference for 1 of your Continents Maps: Stipulate which Map you want from the list below.
3. Post on This Forum: i.e. your Team choice and if you have any preference on Maps for any Round. A Map preference is not absolutely required. You will be given a Random Map from your Teams List.

Ryder Cup II - The Tee Off
.........Howdy Partners............
The Conquer Club Professional Golf Association (CCPGA) welcomes 104 Brave Souls who have come to represent their Continent on the RISK Board. This is a 3 Round RISK Tournament to determine which Continent produces The Finest RISK Players. Back in 2020/2021 it was Europe who came out on top (By a Mile!). But this time round......you never know..........but then again, Let's look at the Make Up of Either Team................
Top Ranked Player: SoN!c 2954 (Europe) versus Gematria74 3034 (USA)
Average Rank Player: Europe=1972 versus USA=1801
Average Top Third Rank: Europe=2575 versus USA=2354
Average Middle Third Rank: Europe=1950 versus USA=1816
Average Bottom Third Rank: Europe=1395 versus USA=1229
So there we have it, other than a slight advantage to TEAM USA on the HIGHEST RANKED PLAYER........TEAM EUROPE have a healthy advantage. Already demonstrating that when you take a large cross section of the CC Community, Pound for Pound, EUROPEANS make by far the better RISK Players.....As shall be demonstrated over the RISK board (again)!

1. Entries: Showing all Team Entries broken down to Top Third, Middle Third and Bottom Ranks.
2. Scoreboard: This is where the Action happens, All Draws appear here, 'LIVE' Scores and the Running Ryder Cup Scoreboard!
'LIVE' Scoreboard ALWAYS appears on the same Link so you should probably BOOKMARK it so you can keep track:
To reflect the number of Entrants, very slight amendments have been made to the DRAW Process (Teams broken down to THIRDS instead of QUARTERS).
There are only 3 Rounds in total that will decide this. In Team Rounds you will always be paired with Players from the same Third of the Draw as you. In all Rounds, you will always play against Players from the opposing Third of the Draw as you.
In the entire Tournament, each Player will only play 8 Games. 2xQuads (Fourballs), 2xDubs (Doubles), 4x 1v1 (Singles). Total Tournament Comprises:
- Round 1: 13 Fourball Match Ups / 26 Games Total / 13 Ryder Cup Points up for Grabs
- Round 2: 26 Doubles Match Ups / 52 Games Total / 26 Ryder Cup Points up for Grabs
- Round 3: 52 Singles Match Ups / 208 Games Total / 52 Ryder Cup Points up for Grabs
As you can see, we fight over a TOTAL of 91 Ryder Cup Points. So 1st Team to reach 46 Points are crowned CHAMPIONS of the 23/24 CCPGA RYDER CUP. Every winning Player will get a custom made Signature for your profile, just like the bad boy at the top of this Mail!
ROUND 1: FOURBALLS / QUADS
Every Player is drawn into a Fourball/Quads Team and you play 2 Games against an opposing team all from the same Third of the Draw as you.
Scoring for this Round is.........
-Win 2-0 = 1 Point for your Team
-Draw 1-1 = 1/2 Point for your Team
-Lose 0-2 = ZERO Points for your Team.
And it's BAD NEWS for TEAM USA already! 13 Match Ups take place, TEAM EUROPE out-rank TEAM USA in 12/13 Match Ups!
