CD's Allrounder

This tournament will consist of 4 rounds:
Round 1: Each player chooses a homemap, one player for each team plays eachother on a random map.
Round 2: Both teams will choose 3 doubles to play, a last doubles will be played on random.
Round 3: Both teams will choose 3 triples to play, a last triples will be played on random.
Round 4: Both teams will choose 3 quads, a last quads will be played on random.

So round one will be a best of 9, each player will play one homemap, one roadmap and 1 player (of each side) will play another game on random.
Round 2, 3 and 4 will be a best of 7, where each team has 3 homemaps, besides that a random will be played.

So,

I am assuming that you want a team of 4 to sign up with a team name.
Is it a bracket style tournament? One loss and out? Beta maps allowed?
