show: If you want to Volenteer
--I would like to test run the first variation prior to the tournament (check Round 1 settings)
--If you want to try that with me send me a PM. (FIRST 4 ONLY) --If you want to watch us playing or check out the games PM me. BTW! Any suggestions are appreciated! I'm hoping this will run as smoothly as possible!
In this tournament you will advance through the rounds based off of a scoring system. A no-luck, good luck chuck, point system. It will be tough, but who likes an easy tournament anyways? You will be faced with the tough challenge of (arguably) the most complex map in the game, the Hive, under ridiculous circumstances. You might have to risk some points in the earlier rounds, but for the hope of gaining them back in later rounds. . . that is, if you are even lucky enough to make it. THE FIRST ONE TO 50 POINTS WINS, but you won't make it without a fight!
--50 points to win--
show: Round One -- The Simultaneous Challenge
This round will take more than mental power to succeed. It will take place on two separate occasions. On each occasion there will be 3 speed games on the Hive simultaneously where you will play against each and every one of the other 24 players. The 16 best scorers best on the point system will advance. To prove it can be done I'm asking for 4 volunteers^^.
The challenge will be daring, and you will need to come up with your own personal strategies to surmounting this first challenge. You might have to give up one game in hopes of giving yourself a better chance of winning a different one. You'll do anything to get passed the earlier rounds.

show: Round 1 -- The Points
Following the point system, the 9 lowest scores will be eliminated.
1st place = 4pts 2nd place = 1.5pts 3rd place = .75pts 4th/5th place = 0
--At the end of each game players will say the scores in the game chat and I will keep them up-to-date--
show: Point Example
So here is an example of how this could work out for player X's 6 games vs. player Y's.
Player X: Day 1: Game 1: deadbeats 5th = 0 points Game 2: 3rd place = .75 points Game 3: 1st place = 4 points 4.75points Day 2: Game 4: deadbeats 4th = 0 points Game 5: 2nd place = 1.5 points Game 6: 2nd place = 1.5 points 3points Total Points for X = 7.75 points Player Y: Day 1: Game 1: 3rd place = .75 points Game 2: 3rd place = .75 points Game 3: 2nd place = 1.5 points 3points Day 2: Game 4: 4th place = 0 points Game 5: 1st place = 4 points Game 6: 2nd place = 1.5 points 5.5 Point total Y: 8.5 points Therefore player Y would have a better chance of advancing.
show: Additional Notice On Scoring
If the game round limit is triggered, then the 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded based off of troop count. If there is a tie between troops, then regions will be used in order to break the tie between players.
show: Round Two -- Terminator Simul. Challenge
This round will be just as challenging as the last round, meaning, more simultaneous speed games. However, this time the settings might be a little more favorable for your points. In this round, there will be 5 terminator games, again you will play each person once, and again it will take 2 separate trials. The first day will be 3 games for everyone, while the second day will be a little bit lighter consisting of only 2.
-- 3 games +2 with 4 players eliminated --
show: Round 2 Settings and Scoring
Hive Terminator 4p Automatic Chained Escalating Sunny 50rnds @ 5minutes each
We will have 4 players eliminated this round based off of the following point system: First kill = 2pt Second kill = 1.5pt Finishing kill = 1pt 2nd Place = 1pt Winning = 1.5pt
show: Lets Talk About The Points
Each new round brings forth more chances to get points. However, if you slip up on one occasion you could get knocked out. This is because productivity keeps you in the tournament. At the beginning of this round you will have X points from the previous round. These points aren't meaningless, but you will gain Y points for this round. It is Y points that will keep you in the tournament.
Rounds 1 & 2 will last 4 weeks each game falling on Saturday

Round 4 -- work in progress
Round 5 -- work in progress
Mods: let me know what you think thus far and if I'll be able to finish the last 3 rounds.
