Monthly Challenge Tournaments!!!

SEPTEMBER MONTHLY CHALLENGE TOURNAMENTS!!!!!!

Hosted by Elaterate... inspired by Dukasaur and jonofperu

I'm pleased to bring you a series of Tournaments that will be using the settings for the September 2019 Monthly Challenge and games will drop Tokens for the Monthly Challenge to the Winners

As soon as a Tournament fills I will create a new one as soon as I can.

ALL games settings for Monthly Challenge...

Tournament 1-Bronze games (4-player terminator):

16 Players.... 2 Rounds... Round 1: random draw, 1 game for each player... Winner of each game play best of 5 Finals (Round 2)... any ties decided by 1 Poly Bronze game.

TOURNAMENT 1A SIGN UPS - WINNER: rockfist
TOURNAMENT 1B SIGN UPS - WINNER: ancessus
TOURNAMENT 1C SIGN UPS - WINNER: b00060
TOURNAMENT 1D SIGN UPS - WINNER: gerin_oil

Tournament 2- Bronze games, Poly only:

16 Players.... 2 Rounds... Round 1: random draw, Winner of best of 3 moves on... Round 2: 8 players, Round Robin, 7 games each player... Player with most wins Wins... 2-Way tie decided by 1 game, 3-way tie decided by Round Robin, 4-way tie decided by 4 player Terminator game

TOURNAMENT 2B SIGN UPS - WINNER: Mageplunka69
TOURNAMENT 2C SIGN UPS - WINNER: groovysmurf
TOURNAMENT 2D SIGN UPS - WINNER: Huyuk

Tournament 3-Silver games (Triples):

8 Teams... 2 Rounds... Round 1: Round Robin, 7 games each team, Top 2 play best of 3 Finals (Round 2)... All games random between the two maps available... Any ties in Round 1 (2nd place and third place) will be decided by 1 game.

TOURNAMENT 3B SIGN UPS - WINNERS: Elaterate / shoop76 / Mad777
TOURNAMENT 3C SIGN UPS - WINNERS: Elaterate / jytreberg / morleyjoe
TOURNAMENT 3D SIGN UPS - CANCELLED

Tournament 4- Gold games:

16 players Round Robin format
Four 12-player games in the tournament, everyone plays 3 and sits out 1.
(You play every other player 2-3 times in these games.)
Game load: 3 + final playoff.
The person with the most wins WINS! In the probable event of a tie, there will be a playoff among the winners...

Not 100% sure on that... I would've guessed it was after a win but I do know these tournament games have to manually added by webmaster so it could be after the Tournament is over.

I'm going to lean more towards the answer is after the tournament is over. Reason normal games drop tokens directly after a win (since the bug was fixed) is because they meet all criteria's for the challenge because they are "open to the Public". Since Tournament games have to be made Private they don't meet the criteria for the challenge which is why they have to be added to the database manually. Those games were made, played, and finished in less the 30min I do believe :lol:
