This is an Overview page and NO SIGN-UP thread.

During 2009 & 2010 I'm hosting several Tournaments that are all based on European Football Cups. 21 Tournaments will be held based on National Cup Tournaments. After all these Tournaments have been played there will be an IMEC's UEFA Champions League Tournament.

General Information:

Each month about 2 IMEC's Tournaments will start. In total 21 Tournaments which will be put into 4 categories:

Category 1: 5 Tournaments with 128 or more players (Cups of Spain, France, Germany, Italy & England)
Category 2: 8 Tournaments with 64 or more players (Cups of Ukraine, Greece, Scotland, Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands, Turkey & Russia)
Category 3: 6 Tournaments with 32 or more players (Cups of Rep. of Ireland, Luxembourg, Wales, Israel, Northern Ireland & Iceland)
Category 4: 2 Tournaments with 16 or more players (Combined Cups for San Marino/Malta & Greenland/Faroe Islands)

Category 3 Tournaments are only accessible for players with less than 1600 Points (non-officers) and Category 4 Tournaments are only accessible for players with less than 1300 Points (corporals or lower).

In each of these Tournaments the best teams can gain tickets for IMEC's UEFA Champions League.

IMEC's UEFA Champions League (Planned September 2010)

IMEC's UEFA Champions League is a 1v1 Tournament based on the famous European Football Cup.
Premiums & Freemiums welcome (Freemiums keep one slot open)

It is the final one in a series of European Cup Tournaments that I will host.

Qualification:

Players can qualify for this Tournament by reaching the final-stages of one or more of the 21 National Cup Tournaments. It therefore will be possible that players can qualify more than once. This will be no problem as it will be allowed to play with different teams. All games are 1v1 and I will avoid games with teams from the same player. If you haven't qualified in these National Cups then you can also sign-up for the UEFA Champions League. More than 50 spots will be open for players that haven't qualified or that are new in these series.

Tickets for IMEC's UEFA Champions League can be won as follows:

Group Stage with 32 Teams (Total 5 tickets): Winners of Category 1 Tournaments.

Qualifying Round 4 (Total 13 tickets): Runners-Up of Category 1 Tournaments & Winners of Category 2 Tournaments.

Qualifying Round 3 (Total 24 tickets): Semi-Finalists of Category 1 Tournaments, Runners-Up of Category 2 Tournaments & Winners of Category 3 Tournaments.

Qualifying Round 2 (Total 46 tickets): Quarter Finalists of Category 1 Tournaments, Semi-Finalists of Category 2 Tournaments, Runners-Up of Category 3 Tournaments & Winners of National Cups of Category 4 Tournaments.

Qualifying Round 1 (Total 88 tickets): 1/8th-Finalists of Category 1 Tournaments, Quarter Finalists of Category 2 Tournaments, Semi-Finalists of Category 3 Tournaments & Runners-Up of National Cups of Category 4 Tournaments.

Other sign-ups: other sign-ups will start either in Qualifying Round 1 or in a Preliminary Round, depending on the number of sign-ups.

Round 1 / Round 2

IMEC's Copa del Rey

IMEC's Copa del Rey is a 1v1 Tournament based on the Spanish Football Cup.
Premiums & Freemiums welcome (Freemiums keep one slot open)

It is the first one in a series of European Cup Tournaments that I will host.

Settings:
Map: Iberia
Play Order: Sequential
Spoils: can be chosen by players when signing up
Reinforcements: can be chosen by players when signing up
Fog of War: No (because of the spectators )

Details:

General:
The Tournament will be played using the format of the Copa del Rey.
Little changes are the number of teams and the using of byes.
Because more players will take part as in the real Copa, there will be a Qualification Phase first.
Also there will be no byes as in the real Copa in Round 1 up to 3.

There will be room for 200 players.
Please indicate Spoils and Reinforcement when signing up, otherwise Escalating Spoils and Chained Reinforcements will be used.

Quarter-Finals

IMEC's Kubok Ukraïny

IMEC's Kubok Ukraïny is a 1v1 Tournament based on the Ukrainian Football Cup.
Premiums & Freemiums welcome (Freemiums keep one slot open)

It is the second one in a series of European Cup Tournaments that I will host.

Settings:
Map: WWII Eastern Front
Play Order: Sequential
Spoils: can be chosen by players when signing up
Reinforcements: can be chosen by players when signing up
Fog of War: No (because of the spectators )

Details:

General:
The Tournament will be played using the format of the Kubok Ukraïny.
Little changes are the number of teams and the using of byes.
Because more players will take part as in the real Kubok, there will be a Qualification Phase first.
Also there will be no byes as in the real Kubok in Preliminary Round 1.

IMEC's FAI Cup

IMEC's FAI Cup is a 1v1 Tournament based on the Republic of Ireland's Football Cup.
Open for Premiums & Freemiums with a Score of less than 1600 (Freemiums keep one slot open)

It is the third one in a series of European Cup Tournaments that I will host.

Settings:
Map: Ireland
Play Order: Sequential
Spoils: can be chosen by players when signing up
Reinforcements: can be chosen by players when signing up
Fog of War: No (because of the spectators )

Details:

General:
The Tournament will be played using the format of the FAI Cup.
Little changes are the number of teams and the using of byes.
Because more players will take part as in the real FAI Cup, there will be a Qualifying Round first.
Also there will be no byes as in the real FAI Cup in Round 1.

This Tournament is only accessible for Sergeants and lower (Score < 1600).

IMEC's Kúpello Elládos is a 1v1 Tournament based on the Greek Football Cup.

It is the fourth one in a series of European Cup Tournaments that I will host.

Map: Ancient Greece or Peloponnesian War can be chosen by players when signing up
Play Order: Sequential
Spoils: can be chosen by players when signing up
Reinforcements: can be chosen by players when signing up
Fog of War: No (because of the spectators )

IMEC's Coppa Titano/FA Trophy (Starts in November)

IMEC's Coppa Titano/FA Trophy is a 1v1 Tournament based on the National Football Cups of San Marino & Malta.
Open for Premiums & Freemiums with a Score of less than 1300 (Freemiums keep one slot open)

It is the fifth one in a series of European Cup Tournaments that I will host.

Settings:
Map: San Marino or Malta (depending on the Team you will be assigned to)
Initial Troops: Automatic
Play Order: Sequential
Spoils: can be chosen by players when signing up
Reinforcements: can be chosen by players when signing up
Fog of War: No (because of the spectators )
