ironsij0287...i recently viewed on Tv that Morocco was administering Western Sahara and had almost taken over that country.
any thoughts on that issues in regard to inclding the "disputed" country of Western Sahara in this map?

I love it, It's a combination of the Bible and Hollywood!

I think the gameplay will require very little tweaking but I'd like to see big improvements in the graphics. What's here does little to capture the spirit and culture of the Sahara. I look forward to seeing this advace. ;)

Welcome to the foundry proper!

Can I please ask that you include version and page numbers in your threads title please? To aid people to following you map better? Thank you :)

Oh jeez, I didn't realize this advanced to the foundry. Probably should work on prettying it up.

Western Sahara is tough. If I include all that territory I'm really gonna tax my size and space constraints. Also, no offense to Western Saharans but there's not much there really. Its pretty sparsely populated and the physical geography is lacking a bit.

I say then use that and reflect it in gameplay. In my mind at least, I always think of one when I think of the other. You can't very well have Morocco without Western Sahara! I say go for it.

Just tinkering with it, I have to reduce my scale in half to include Western Sahara.

If adding it will kill the rest of the map's layout, there's really no point in adding it, in my opinion.

Supersize for a single continent or even worse a single territory? That's a gross abuse of the supersize regulations and certainly not a justification to be allowed.

Why not? Maps have received supersize for less.

Yeah, what is so sacred about the supersizing.

As far as I've seen, supersize has been given in two cases: the concept literally needs that much space to make sense (R&C's Small, e.g.), or the extra space is needed to clarify elements on the map. Adding a single flavor territory doesn't really fall under that.

I think I need to have this project binned. I just haven't had time to work on it and I don't when I will again.

I don't think I will be picking this one back up. If someone else wants to they have my blessing.
