• Winners of each Division from phase 1 advance too division 1 in phase 2
  also the top 1 clan in 2nd place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 1 in phase 2.
  
• The remaining 2nd placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 2 in phase 2
  also the top 2 clans in 3rd place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 2 in phase 2
  
• The remaining 3rd placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 3 in phase 2
  also the top 3 clans in 4th place (according to points, then games won/lost ratio) also qualifies for division 3 in phase 2
  
• The remaining 4th placed clans in phase 1 advance too division 4 in phase 2

Yeah, the legion win also still needs another day to finish tho it is confirmed. And LHDD also has 1 win and the loss against us as well to count.
Looks like you guys will still be breathing down our necks with 2 7-5 victories against lhdd and leg, so our final set does look like a decider

Okay, I read 4-2 in finished games, but Yugoslavia and Poison Rome both have only 1 person left with 1 and 3 terr. respectively, as well as us being well ahead in ns Eastern Front and even a player up in ns Midgard, so thats game, set and match?

Elsewhere it looks like the LHDD matches that'll determine the outcome of the other places as they look for the elusive 7th win against MM and Leg.
It could well end up with an LHDD-Legion tie on 3/4 points tho, so perhaps it'll go down to games won where I think LHDD may just have the edge! But that's probably getting ahead of ourselves!

Somebody obviously wont like the League Directors' ruling on this one, but here goes:

With LHDD and LEG totally tied on points, games won and result between the two clans, the higher-ranked clan will advance.

In this case, that will be LEG.

It doesn't have to be somebody. It is pretty unfair to LHDD as the underdogs. Is there no way for them to go in the same division when they come out of this so close? (Div 3 as one of the highest ranked 4th team or something?)
I'm sure you guys did your best in trying to work on the best way to resolve the perfect tie, but I can't help but feel disappointed for LHDD to do so well as completely unranked but still miss out to a judgement call in the end

Yeah, LEG already had advantage by having better seed place than LHDD, so LHDD had to fight vs better ranked clans than LEG had to. and result is equal, pretty unfair to LHDD.

Even Doodle earth unlimited quads game (in order to finish it on time) would be better decision than this. and it would for sure finish sooner than 7 ongoing games so it would not stall the whole event.

To finish on time would have been to finish about 12 hours ago.
