Medal Progress

For those medals on profiles, I think that you should be able to see how close you are to achieving the medal (i.e. gold ratings 231/500). They are nice to get but I always want to know how close to earning them I am and it is insanely time consuming to check manually. So, I think we should add a progress bar of sorts for how close we are to the next level of the medal.
