Yes and while it appears Machiavelli's head is smaller and would therefore cause less drag I think his hair would cause some serious turbulence that could result in tailspin. Alternatively the chrome dome gives a severe advantage in regard to resistance while the long non-bald portions create the sought after stabilizing ripple effect.
