Random League IV + Random Cup [close pls]

The Imperial Dragoons are in, league and cup. We have eleven who want to play though, is that a problem? It's a bit unclear in the directions...it says that ten is just an initial list, and last season there wasn't a participant limit per clan as I recall. Anyway, I'm primary contact and our list is as follows:
