It depends what countries you care about.

I am going to guess that you care about the United States. They are barely performing better than Canada, who has a homosexual commie for a president. What does that tell you?

Hold it. I thought Greece was broke. Can you and me even go to Tunisia without risking capture and rape?

Is this the power ranking for places to go if you want to get in trouble for spring break or what?

Well normally i would assume it would be a total evaluation of a nations: Economic, political, and military power (could possibly include Technology and national stability), but since thats not what the power ranking seems to reflect... I'll just assume they used vastly different criteria.

It's not the method, it's the results. You have to break some eggs to make an omelette.

The method is completely bias-free and uses no data manipulated stats. There is only such method.

Hmm... I'm talking about YOUR qualifications. I don't know you at all, so I don't know your background in international civics or international politics. Do you work for the UN? Did you perform some kind of study over the first half of this year? What data have you used? Based upon what is in your post, it appears that you typed some countries and then ranked them.

It's a qualitative to quantitative conversion. Take the following story: Chad's former president was tried in Senegal and had the following testimony given about him:
"One woman, Kadidja Hassan Zidane, testified in October that Habre, now 73, raped her four times in the presidential palace in the 1980s.
"Pressed for more details by the presiding judge, Zidane told the court, 'President Habre would be waiting for me in a room. Two times I resisted. Once I simply didn't have the strength. The fourth time, I resisted and he jabbed me in my private parts with a ballpoint pen.'"

How do you score a ballpoint pen? How do you score a former president tried in a different country? The list is all member states in the UN, ranked by how many points they scored in the last month and a bit.

More on the story:
Habre said nothing. He joined his hands in a fist and waved at supporters as he was escorted from the court.

Habre had refused to stand or acknowledge the judge throughout the trial, his eyes hidden behind sunglasses, his head and face wrapped in a white scarf.

He had to be forcibly brought into the court last June when the trial began. He and his lawyers refused to participate, and the trial was briefly suspended while court-appointed attorneys prepared his defense.

Habre fled to Senegal in 1990 after he was ousted in a coup.

Don't forget that on a Classic map, victory in Dakar can mean victory on the South American/Africa sphere of influence so obviously this trial is tremendously important.

No, I'm just trolling you. There are many instances where questions of opinion can be answered better by a qualitative system. This is that qualitative system. It is a tool for settling debates, not for illuminating base factors.

Here's a creative writing challenge. There are 2 Mongolians on the CC scoreboard. One is New Recruit chaperoo, who joined yesterday, started a turn and gave up, probably never to return.

The setting is Chicago. A mongolian chap has run out of time. A Norweigan is there to take advantage. If you want more deets: Game 16695301

He started in Garfield Park and made it to Lawndale before he ran out of time. This is probably important.
Historian Paul Street, citing a 2001 demographic study by Claritas Inc., writes that more than 70% of men aged 18-45 residing in North Lawndale had criminal records.

TierpVBK sounds like a Siamese name. I'll bet he's not a real Norwegian.

VBK sounds an aweful lot like a dutch family initials, with the 'V' referring to 'Van'. So my guess he's dutch. With Tierp being his actual dutch first name. Norway often comes recruiting for educated workforce in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Prologue: 7:27 AM
He ran with all the force he had. Never had he spent so much. Nobody knew if he knew where he was going. Unlike all the early morning joggers of the park, he was a man consumed. As he left Garfield Park and tore into Lawndale he tripped over something which sent him tumbling. He could feel his face smashed off the concrete but he went to get back up again. "Looks like you ran out of time chaperoo". Without thinking he started swinging his crowbar. He caught the assailant in the face - a mulatto man with enough lambchops to feed a family. As he ducked the next kick, he heard the sound he was waiting to hear. A revving engine and squealing tires told him before his eyes did that a salmon color Dodge Ram was taking the corner. Even though a punch to the face stunned him, he kept enough composure to get out of the way of a stream of bullets that was bound to follow.

His crew had rescued him again, yes. The problem this time is that the city had woken up. He didn't bother looking around for witnesses. He knew that game was a never-ending spiral. He quickly said: everyone hide, and then took off again, as if his life depended on it. It did.

Chapter 1: 9ish AM
The bloodiest day in Chicago's history? I knew before the call came that the call was coming. It was all over the news. The Superintendent was going to be giving a press conference at 10. Since all the victims were Asian, it figures they would call me - Matt Greenwood, 'Cago's "Brightest Star", at least when it came to the triads. Sure enough, it came. Before I knew it people were crammed in my office. Everybody was on their phone while brandishing papers. I guess it's a new fad that I am not aware of. I'm not sure when it became polite to visit someone else while on the phone, but at least they're not talking to me, making it easier to assess the situation.

At 8:30 AM there was a shooting in Jefferson Park. 2 seconds later another slaughter - Belmont. The airport L, Logan Square, Garfield Park, the West Loop and Union Station. 7 attacks within 45 seconds of each other. Every shooting had exactly 3 victims, and they all seemed to be Asians, except the people at the Airport. I have to admit, I had no idea what was going on here, and I needed some quiet. "Get the cunt out of my office unless you want to get off your piss-guzzling phones!" I yelled, perhaps a bit more harshly than I had intended.

Pretty soon I was in the car, driving to the WLRS. My bitch of a partner was in the seat beside me as I drove. As she looked through the papers, she said that there is actually a 4th victim in all the incidents but not with the rest, and not asian. Do you think these are innocent standerby? I was going to tell her that there is no such thing as innocence in the big city and that I don't believe in coincidence and that I still can't believe she lied to me and that I'm not sure if I want to rape or just kill her, but I stayed silent and nodded.

The traffic was totally backed up, the trains were down for the day. This was going to be messy. A friend called in a quick tip. There were other killings last night that followed a similar pattern. At around 3 AM there were killings in Lincoln Park and Edgewater. So I said to the bitch, "Let's split up, I'll go check out the north and you see what you can find down here." She agreed, but seemed surprised when I pulled over immediately and waited for her to get out. Is a mile walk really all that bad for her? I don't think so.

I immediately headed north and whipped out my phone. I had to call my regular sources and see what was happening here. Tony at the Prestige didn't know what was happening. Wong on 97th street laughed at me - can't you see they're not Chinese? The phone was cut off quickly. The radio started playing a blanket announcement - Chicago is now in a State of Emergency. Curfew starts immediately and all telecommunications will be monitored for the foreseeable future. The boys with the stars were going to solve the case and the press conference is now pushed to noon, to ensure adequate security. I think this is when I realized this might be bigger than me.
