Each line he said was connected by "and." It would be fine if he connected it properly with the use of variety in his conjunctive adverbs or linking verbs. The use of a "..." isn't permitted in any kind of formal writing if writing a long passage of words connected by only that form of punctuation is used.

Therefore, it must be considered a run-on sentence because of the over-use of "and," "...," and no other proper punctuation marks.

It's sad that caleb is deciding to go against the Administrator of this forum, and try to keep putting pressure on him to change his ruling, just because he doesn't like it. Like Lack doesn't have more important things to do. He made a decision, after a poll, and you should respect lack enough to respect his decision. monday evening i sent a pm to lack
i basically asked him to give a yes, no, or maybe answer on changing the name back to off-topic topics
i told him that i understand that in the end that the admin makes the final decision
i also appologized that i am using up his time, as he surely does have other things to handle
but then he sent me a reply
he stated that he admits social lounge is not very popular and he will consider changing it back
this gives me the encouragement to carry on the protest of the social lounge
i also told him that one good option would be to re-name this Off-Topic Topics and name the upcoming systemwide realtime chat the social lounge
and i also said that if he would not at all be willing to bring back off-topic topics that i would respect that decision and give up the fight for off-topic topics
