i was partially referring to you. for the old school world cup question, you guessed the 2 most prominent current south american teams. first try was wrong, so you just reversed the host/winner choices (kind of displays a lack of knowledge about history). then you "remembered" that uruguay hosted and won.....

not buying it, homey

ya, i remembered argentina was in the final, but then i remembered who they played, and since they lost, uruguay must have won. plus, cena made sure that he didnt answer if the host country won, so i put two and two together and guessed it was in uruguay

sorry that i know my world cup history

Poker is not a sport. If poker's a sport, then I can start asking trivia questions here about my glorious career at playing Asshole and three-man in college.

Please try again.

For the record:
Actual sports include football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, racing (of various apparatuses)
Bullshit activities include poker, lacrosse, volleyball, figure skating, anything related to the X-games
Evidence that the viewer is mentally challenged includes pro wrestling, bass fishing, competitive eating

And I'm with neph. Looking up answers is not really in the spirit of what we're trying to do here, which is challenge each other and have fun. Google and wikipedia somewhat diminish the challenge.

Yeah, if you check the questions and answer of the old trivia, they were somewhat broad questions with well known teams and athletes as answers. I can gaurantee that "some" people on this site look up answers because always seem to "eventually" get the impossible knowledge of all sports. Seriously, what fun is it to go on google and type in "World Cup History"? If you dont know an answer, just dont put a response until you find a question you have a shot at.

Just out of idle curiosity, just what is it that makes poker a sport? The fact that it's on ESPN?

Not all competitive endeavors are sports. No one's asking questions about the national spelling bee... :D

Hint: He was a Divison-1AA school player. And the record is 24.
