Hi shoop - can you give an example of how this works assuming we start with 128 people? Would round 2 of each of the 8 brackets then be best of 3, meaning round 2 could be up to 24 games if you advance in all 8? or is 'last 64' meaning that there are just 64 people left across all 8 brackets?shoop76 wrote: All games will be best of 1 until we reach the last 64.
last 64 - best of 3
last 32 - best of 3
last 16 - best of 5
last 8 - best of 5
last 4 - best of 7
Final - best of 9
All brackets, including "finals" will be randomly drawn using challonge.org. It is possible to have multiple entries advancing to the finals bracket and it is possible to be drawn against yourself. If this happens 1 entry automatically advances and the other 1 is eliminated.
No freemiums please as the potential gameload is too high.
No. Sorry for the confusion. The 8 preliminary brackets will be 1 game throughout. When these 8 brackets reach the last 8 they will qualify for the finals bracket. That is when the games will increase. Don't really want someone to make it to the finals bracket and get eliminated due to a bad drop or bad dice and it being only 1 game.Swifte wrote:Hi shoop - can you give an example of how this works assuming we start with 128 people?
