(Note - given the way the math works, and the assumption that people don't vote for themselves, if you decide to lynch mandalorian, I'll still require 7 votes.)

Talapus, Friday is still some time away
like a water bug, try working on your skimming skills
we already know you make a good blacksmith with your big hammer
I have something big as well, I call it my FOS!

I saw this plain as day,
a vote I give for him anyway.
Mandy's always good at popping in,
to give advice and help the town win.

I figured even with exams you see,
an active reader he'd still be.
I think he might still swing by,
just to help locate s/he who lie.

Nothing much will come of it,
and so we'll all continue to sit.
No new leads to pass the time,
just more poets here to ryhme.

I still don't really trust you Auto dude,
but voting you goes against everyone elses mood.
At least with a vote for Mandy see,
a conversation there might now be.

Like a bedraggled beggar, you give your reasons
You are using shit as bait, I do not nibble
Like pugilists, the others must come to weigh in
Needing two thumbs up, even Ebert and Roeper can not find a way to give it to you...

Here I am, Pancake is my name
Known for writing good villanelles
Scum I find in mafia games.

Talapus, you should ashamed.
Mandy's no Canterbury bell.
Here I am, Pancake is my name.

You may feel the eternal flame
Inferno, everlasting hell.
Scum I find in mafia games.

Myself and Auto think the same
FOS Talapus, the red blood cell
Here I am, Pancake is my name

This is like a basketball game.
Hi, Alexander Graham Bell.
Scum I find in mafia games.

I guess you're laughing now, eh, Aim?
Read this rhyme, I want to rebel!
Here I am, Pancake is my name.
Scum I find in mafia games.

I fear that I'm going to sound glum
A terrible mood has settled o'er me
I despair at us ever finding scum.

Like a man who senses rain with his knee
My suspicious of kwanton is not
solid "take it to the bank" masonry.

One essential way that scum are caught
Is from the casual phrase, the slip
Thus are their funeral plots bought.

Thus far, amongst many a poetic quip
I have not found a major mistake
But hopefully our foes have a careless lip

thus kwanton, it seems I can leave or take
I can't say with passion that he is a fake.

With many an apology, I have returned
Among my fellows in poem making
After many a day spent out-tuned
From everything unrelated to test-taking.

Though I returned, I couldn't help but a bit
To poets screaming for blood and lynch
For not one critic had made a fatal slip
To mere intuition a turned in the pinch.

I am voting Exile, not bandwagon
For bandwagoners is a name for vultures next meal,
I am listening to Bruce Lee, from "Enter the Dragon"
Where he gave the advice: "Don't think. Feel."

"So what is this feeling that now ails you?
You raving lunatic!", the poets then asked me,
"What (from your completely insane point of view)
Is a reason that we should hang Exile, with glee?"

To this I responded: "I have no hard proof
No fingerprints, ballistics or DNA tests.
I can't say that I saw Exile perched on a roof,
Taking out poets as if they were pests."

"But I do notice something about his gameplay
A general feeling, as I told you before,
It's like he isn't searching for scum through the day
But more like he is avoiding attention and does little more."

I knew that what I offered was little,
Especially after such a long pause,
But it would be worse if I raved, sending out spittle
And with that mental image I will end now this clause.

So first you go after me J
when that goes nowhere quickly
you then hop on the tappy train
you post like scum trying to push
a lynch on anyone you can.

To quote Incans the Terza Rima guy,
Writing heroic fucking couplets, I,
Have had less time to think about this game,
Too busy am I spinning ('tis a shame).

I would challenge Mandy, the ballad bum,
When have I ever gone crazy, for scum?
I look through the posts, and ask for a lead,
But of suspicion there is now a seed,
For you, and Selin, bandwagonning me,
Though you would not do it, Selin? Maybe!
Thus a vote do I cast on Selin, dear,
If I am right (he's scum!), gimme a cheer!

I am not pushing a lynch, my dear
just merely stating out the fact
Talapus looked sorta scum
But I didnt vote him
I only gave him
a "watch out" FOS
to show I
didnt
push

One does not need to vote to push
as often I do when I'm scum.

When cooking accusation pie
Beat firmly with large wooden spoon.
Then add one habanero, diced.

Vote Count!
  • kwanton (1) - wicked
  • The1exile (3) - Anarkistsdream, mandalorian, Selin
  • mandalorian (1) - Talapus
  • Selin (1) - The1exile

Alright all, heres the scoop,
I'll try to keep you in the loop.
Today's my B-Day, so I won't be on,
however, we still need a critic gone.

Mandy's back, glad to see you,
The words you speak are very true.
I checked it out to find the clues,
the exiles game he plays is all a ruse.

It's very true, you've been very loud,
except this game, are you not proud?
Your role must be less then clean,
for now I think it somewhat obscene.

I think you wish to beat us all,
so each night, you make a call!
To off us all one by one,
and that is not my idea of fun!

So I'll unvote for now you see,
for I critic you may well be.
I vote exile in our cafe,
in hopes we'll swing enough votes your way.

Of your guilt, not convinced am I
but an OMGUS vote against mr. haiku
does not look good to mine eye.

the point here, I think, is that you
have one of the easiest schemes of all
thus should be posting more, it's true.

as desire mounts for your artistic fall
the time approaches for a claim of role
and then, we'll know to make which call.

the spotlight shines on you in whole:
if poet, this is your moment of fame,
if critic, well, you can bite my pole. :D

so I'll VOTE exile to force a claim
So let's hear your role, and also your name!

A plain guy am I, bog standard poet,
Name of Homie, and so now you know it.
I had a surname, but it was too long,
Oddyssy-something (I forgot, it's long!)

You now claim Homer of Odyssey fame?
Odd, that poem is not in the verse you claim
nor is that poet known for writing that
iambic pentameter verse you claimed.
So unvote kwanton now then vote exile
as your claim seems fake so we'll watch you hang.

At least you are to me for one.
Yeah, this cafe has been through hell

Critics and poets in here dwell(is poets one syllable or two?)
But this critic riot we should quell
I'm sure us poets won't succumb
Having forgot....

Vote exile and a fond farewell
Thus to our colleague we do yell
As I sit here and chew my gum
I think "What's this cafe become?"
Too bad at rhymes I don't excell....
Having forgot.....

With 6 votes, The1exile has been lynched.

Unheard, ignored, he made his pleas;
Thus was the Exile banned -
His coupled lines failed to please.

To each fair hero hubris comes -
As ages past will attest -
Their fate to die unloved, unsung.

"My life, meaning - taken away!"
And so, he fell off a bridge -
Suicide is the poet's way.

The1exile, Homie Odysseapupapolous (Poet), has been banned from the Cafe!

It is now Night 2. You have approximately 72 hours to send in your night actions.
