With 6 votes, The1exile has been lynched.
Unheard, ignored, he made his pleas;
Thus was the Exile banned -
His coupled lines failed to please.
To each fair hero hubris comes -
As ages past will attest -
Their fate to die unloved, unsung.
"My life, meaning - taken away!"
And so, he fell off a bridge -
Suicide is the poet's way.
The1exile,
Homie Odysseapupapolous (Poet), has been lynched!
It is now
Night 2. You have approximately 72 hours to send in your night actions.

The third day dawned on our fair crowd,
But short by one player they seemed;
"Where's autoload?" One asked, out loud.
At this a panic spread throughout -
"Where's auto? Where's auto? Where's he?"
The Poet's Review cleared all doubt.
For there, in front, center, page one,
"Terrible poet exposed;
Found dead by suicide - he hung."
autoload, Skinny Leonard (Doc), has been criticized!
It is now Day 3.

Hear ye! Hear ye! I say
We must figure out who these critics are
We are coming too close to the end of our days
and these critics are leaving a scar
I have my eye on Selin
and on Talapus too
They both seem to be felons
worked up in their own crew
There are a few I know are good
Incandenza and Wicked-cute
These two act like they should
And not like two poots!!!!
So I place my vote on Incan
Defend yourself, you stinkin' lincoln!!!!

A Jester came to town one day
As the Sun shone on azzure sky
Towns-folk were by then dismayed
Auto died and no one knew why?
But the Jester smiled at singing birds
Loving the Life as a whole
I call him 'Jester' but those are just words
That have nothing to do with his role.
Yes this was one jolly fellow
Surrounded by the mourning people
He felt a burst of inspiration
Though it seemed like he must climb a steeple.
So he thought to himself:
“I must learn each persons name
For we are in this 'till the bitter end
When we will know defeat or fame.”
“I will start this introduction
Since I don't want to be rude
My own name is Oscar Normal,
Trust me knowing names is good.”
Then he walked on, dancing a bit
On his back he felt their gaze,
And he knew just what they're thinking:
Epiphany or latest craze?

"Defend yourself", ank says to me
He must think I'm rather bad
to embrace his new philosophy.
I say to you now that I'm not a cad
Though I know what you're thinking.
Have faith, my death will make you sad.
Now it's rather too early for drinking
which is a shame, since auto's demise
leaves me with a sense of sinking
Now mandy's plan, which to mine eyes,
comes along, with claims of salvation,
Tho he may yet be filled with lies.
'Tis early yet, day three's invocation.
After this rhyming, I'll need a vacation!

Inca responded with suspicion
Upon hearing my humble plea
To tell his name and help our struggle,
He regarded me as if I were a flea.
To this I have responded shortly
(For I too am geting tired):
"Does your name sound like Robert Pinsky,
A name far and wide admired?"
Because I am mearly trying
To find some reason and some rhyme
To this game for we are dieing
To turn our luck, now is the time.
When I said all this I jumped
On my bike (wich I must mend)
And I rode of into the sunset
Giving this ballad a proper end.

STFU, I am only the 3rd townie to die out of 14 players. I hardly consider that getting "owned."

While I have to read up on the thread
I can not help but wonder who
the critics may be in this
quaint lil cafe that we
all gather in to
read our poems to
each other
Confirm

Auto waited long to post with no verse
how does it feel, young lass, to be free, free
of no rhymes or meter or syllables?
aah, to be free, free at last, free at last!
So I'm sitting back trying to figure
who is scum and who is not of most left
but posting now in case someone wonders
where did loudmouth go, why doesn't she talk?

While early on in the game wicked
many were suspicious of her
she was able to convince
others that she was good.
Convince me she has
not as she has
led the lynch
of two
true

She has also gone after the one
who was the doctor of this place
Her poem form seems easy for
a critic to use for
causing pain to us
in this cafe
therefore I must
(vote wicked
to be
scum

This rhyming does affect my mind
It seems that we are in a bind
Three townies and not one lead,
To me, Wick is not a bad seed
Although, three townies she did find....
But with who are you all aligned?
All these rhymes make my thoughts entwined.
To find scum is what we do need
This rhyming does...
To mandy: What will the names find?
Meh. No difference, I'll give mine(d)
Charlie Badliar is thus my creed
His poetry I so do read
What I need is time to unwind...
This rhyming does.....

Submit? The mod does not submit -
The mod is the mod, you fool.
Submit? Never! The mod creates!

oh a new player subject to torture
and first thing he does is jump all onto me
no worries mate, as a poet I am
although a not very good one it seems.
To mandy I say that names have hurt us
in the past that's why I jumped on exile,
as I thought I'd found a clue to his role
but turns out his name is what did him in
as with the lynch the day before as well.
That said I will gladly make my name known
Christopher Marlowe is my given name.

While I did agree to submit to
join in this torture, it is proof
to me that Aimless will have
a ball over our pain
My vote stands for thee
Nina Stickler
is who I
have to
be.

As Mandy has said knowing names is
good, I have to agree. Any who
shall not state their name will be
getting a vote from me.
In red it will be

for Aimless

I don't get Aimless' poet name thing
Were they given with particular care?
Some, to mine ear, do not really ring.
kwanton, rondeau, is frenchie Baudlaire,
Homer to couplet exile lent his moniker.
Fircoal? Jill Laumer... rondelet pair?
Balladeer mandy could be Wilde, Oscar.
auto was Skinny Leonard, verse free
LSU, with nonets, one Nina Stickler
With ank, sonnets, the dashing name Billy.
And blank wicker, Chris Marlow, 'tis known...
These names, these names, weirdly random be.
Do any match up, or am I too stoned?
Oh, and they call me Annie Hatter at home.

(FYI: Going away on the 12th. I'll be back on the 13th so no internet for 1 day. Possibly 2 at most. I hope to the dice gods I didn't have to poem-ify that.)

Mandy, Kwanton, Wicked, and I have
stated our names. We still lack Tal,
Pancake, Incan, Anarkists,
and Selin to make clear
who they are in here.
The intro they
give will help
earn them
fame

(You're fine. But don't tempt me; I might make you put it in verse just to derive some sort of sick pleasure from it. I'm like that, you know.

While I was composing my poem for
all to hear, one Annie Hatter
stated her name for to hear.
