Ummm...somewhere between not leaving the country and visiting the U.S. Embassy in London. Though if you get a plane directly to the U.S. Embassy somehow. as long as it's sequential with No fog of war it doesn't matter too much. Traditionally though I do prefer unlimited fort and flat rate spoils.

Wow, getting pretty hard for me to keep up with posting the thread image every page. I suppose that's good, though, since it means that people are posting more.
