Well that's actually very possible too that someone unexpected or 2dimes just comes on and waits for the right moment to make it onto the page or spams their way onto it from maybe even 2 pages awayt.

Not a professional map maker but I think I would agree. potential problem with this map is unilateral attacking.

Same thoughts here. Also, while adding this to a monopoly map may be difficult, some way to attack in more than one direction would be nice. Maybe territories of the same color can attack each other?

I would say that, utilities can attack each other, connecting railroads, maybe card spaces can bombard certain marked territories that would other wise be hard to get to. Basically the idea is interesting but making it into a workable map will probably be difficult.
