I think if someone wants back into the forums, they should submit a letter for review, pay their premium and some type of forum reinstatement fee (the amount depending on the severity of the ban).

Norse would have to pay about a thousand bucks by now!

Maybe it's like the plot of "Dogma". If permaban is reversed the ensuing paradox will destroy the CC!
