I doubt it. Could this kind of technology exist? Probably. Would the USA use it if it had it? No, and if so, against whom? China? China doesn't care about how many people it loses. Korea? Same thing. Iran? I can't think of any reason to, but even if they did, have you heard of any string of earthquakes in Iran recently? Didn't think so. We tout Bush to be an idiot (and he is, don't get me wrong) but he's smart enough to know enough about foreign policy that making under the table threats to "enemy" nations isn't going to change anyone's mind about anything.

Basically, even if we had this earthquake making technology, I doubt that we'd be using it to bully our way through secret diplomacy. Bush is too fond of the military for that.

It could be around June 26, but not necessarily. The event around June 26th will be one of major world significance, although, it may have nothing to do with a direct catastrophe. It only symbolizes the end of the authority of the beast. I wish I could be more helpful in deciphering, but prophecy is a waiting game, you will not really know what is meant by the metaphors until the prophecy actually happens.

dude what are you talking about? "The Beast" is the revived Roman Empire and it hasn't even got it's authority yet.

Perhaps not in the way that you're thinking, but the only entity I could think of having something like this in America is the military, and the President still directly controls the military. I will concede, however, that maybe there are some high up, top secret military officials that could control it without the president's knowledge, but my point still stands: there is nothing to gain from causing the mass death of civilians in foreign countries by a secret earthquake machine. If they wanted to intimidate, they would do so openly or not at all.

Perhaps not in the way that you're thinking, but the only entity I could think of having something like this in America is the military, and the President still directly controls the military. No, if it does exist, the president would be the last to know. Think of how many presidents have been denied access to top-secret military documents. Really the president does control the military, but not the black budget, or any related programs. And if we do have the technology, why wouldn't we use it? The American public would never know..... and that's the best tech of all.
There would be everything to gain from an earthquake weapon. Much more so than an atomic one. Think about it, you could cripple a whole nation and send it back to the dark ages. And the world would never even know about it.

You can look up any earthquake you want! It is a real cool site, I look at it regularly.

A few years back it was rumored that China had an earthquake causing machine. If this is true then you can be dam sure that the US would have got their hands on the same technology. Of course one can't expect this type of thing to ever be explored inorder to be proven. That just wouldn't happen.
