And we're going to keep seeing more of that too. It's too bad for all those bandwagon fans in the US that Kovie played his career in Atlanta, instead of NY, Detroit, Boston, or LA, and no one really got to see what an awesome player he really is.

That's the one big downside of the reverse-standing draft. However, in the "new" NHL, a bottom team shouldn't be a bottom team for long.

We'll see though. He's definitely going to free agency at the very least, and I think if someone in the NHL offers him the maximum he'll sign and stay. If he doesn't get the cap maximum, then he's gone for sure.
