Giffer?

Is it possible to make something to take a snapshot of games on a certain kind of map and turn them into a .gif file automatically, so we can watch a visual progression of games we play? And, if possible, would there be any way to implement it on this site?

Its kind of a bee in my bonnet, because reading through logs doesn't quite capture the epic battles as well as an image would.

Thanks in advance for any answers!

Print screen, paste to a graphics software, save each frame as a jpg or png.

Then use any available freeware software to render the frames into an animated gif.

Myself, I use paint.net with the animated gif plugin. The latest version also handles APNG:s (I think...)
