I know, I have problems. My 96 buick century power steering fluid has run out. I put more in but I suspect a leak. Can someone explain this problem to me? When I turn the wheel it sounds like the fluid is moving.

It sounds like your power steering hose is leaking.
By the way, Buick Centuries are awesome. I had an 88 as my first beater car. The doors didn't open from the inside and the wiper blades stopped working, so I had to jack a squeegee from a gas station and clear my windows with one hand while I drove.
Moved.

i think there is some kind of sealant that you might want to try.
If you like keeping money in your pocket, try to get a hose from the junkyard and do it in yourself.

Set in on fire, and collect the insurance. (Should be about $13.46)

You can check the connections to see if they're loose and auto parts stores all sell power steering fluid that contains a "leak stop" you can try. I need to replace the PS lines on my pick up truck and that type of PS fluid has worked for me.
