It's already illegal and for many good reasons. Getting underaged girls drunk is illegal just for starters.

Sleeping with kids you've gotten drunk? My opinion would not be particularly high.

It certainly doesn't pass the half your age plus 7 guideline for gentlemen.

Back when I was 18, I have had the greatest time visiting a 15 year old girl once in a while.
I brought some wine one night, and we almost slept together another night.* In the end, she dumped me, and though I'm not saying it should be possible for every age difference, but I think that age difference is frowned upon way more than should be.

Do not forget that girls are simply way more mature than guys of their age. The only way to find a guy at their mental maturity level is to look for older guys. Of course depending on whether or not they find a decent guy, I think a 16 year old could be with a guy of 22. Although of course 'getting a girl drunk' is not decent.

Yeah it's the "getting them drunk" part that is the problem. Girls could be fucking 25 or something and it would still be wrong.

Yes it is very illegal (atleast in most states) and the added fact of getting them drunk is PATHETIC. Yes 16 year old girls can be whores, dosent excuse the adult (should be) in the situation for not thinking right.

I tell you no lie my wife is older then me, when we were just starting to date she got drunk as hell and tried to sleep w me, I refused (also drunk) because we hadn't yet and I wanted to be sure it wasn't the jack daniels talking..boy did she hurl some drunk obscenities at me, but it was the right thing to do..

Hehe you obviously got me there, as I cannot suppress the need to say that I now, 1 year later, have a 24 yr old girlfriend

Also on holiday in Crete, I almost got it off with a 47 year old woman (her sons were older than me ) but that is perhaps more of a fun drunk tale.

Your case where your wife wanted to sleep with you, you denied, and now you are husband and wife, proves the point though... It's not just the alcohol talking in these girls, it's just being a little more loose when it comes to the things they want. The alcohol takes away a bit of the boundaries that are also so often the wall between two lovers for instance.

I think most of the girls/women I've been with, I first kissed them on a tipsy evening. Doesn't mean the feelings are less pure, just takes away the hesitating before admitting to eachother that you like eachother.

Indeed- there's a massive double standard about men raping women vs women raping men. When a man rapes a young girl, as for example the recent rape of an eleven year old in Texas indicates, the girl is to blame. When a woman rapes a young boy, he is to be applauded.

Well- I'm not sure if it's really a double standard. Either way- the guy just couldn't control himself, and the girl is a slut, right?

i don't think it's necessarily "rape" if it's consensual and one of them is drunk. it could be, but not always.
