What would happen if a ton of people pulled a GLG and only played noobs. Do you think maybe lack would listen to protests about the scoreboard?

Doing a public game search I find back on 11/25 he kinda recently played someone who is currently an officer.

I actually can explain that one lol. Back before he was conqueror, I was trying to find someone who would help me with mogul, so I asked for advice, and he accidentally clicked on "join game" when he was looking through the games I had on CM. I beat him. What's your point? Am I calling myself a noob? No.

Actually, isn't it more like proof that he can't play 1v1 against higher ranks?

Hey - it's your thread. I'm only trying to find clarification of what is "noob" in regards to this vital topic so I that I may eventually contribute to it.

Hey - it's your thread. I'm only trying to find clarification of what is "noob" in regards to this vital topic so I that I may eventually contribute to it.

I think we all know what I mean when I say GLG plays noobs. Inviting low ranked players who don't know the map to 1v1 fs games to ensure a victory.

That being said, back to the original question. What would happen if a lot of people did that as a protest?

Play games that are not a violation of any rules as a protest? Well I spose the scoreboard would reflect who is most skillful at playing games that are allowed to be played.

What would happen? not much I don't think lack really cares how people skirt the rules around here....and jefjef only every contributes when there is a rule he can quote...is there not somebody's wall you should be posting some baits/flames on?

Not much interest in discussing the ramifications of everyone playing games that are not against the rules.

I think that it would be hard to get much participation because many players are involved in a large number of team games with clans an so on. Trust me i share your same sentiment and I have made suggestions to improve the scoreboard but it appears that many would prefer to just leave everything as it is...

The bottom line is that we don't own the site and therefore we are not in position to make changes. I for one am over the effort for improvement because it seems like it is wasted energy that falls on deaf ears

I don't think a load of people will do it. Or maybe try for a little bit and then soon realise it's boring as f*ck. I thought the current conqueror would stop once he got there but he is still farming, (Even after being accepted to CC's top clan!) god knows how inflated his score will be.

Although ViperOverLord is already trying something similar lol, inviting clueless players to Lunar War (freestyle, foggy).

I don't think the scoreboard will ever be changed though, not enough people would support it.

you dont need to change the scoreboard to alter this...just change the rules. The problem is that any solution only creates a new loophole for everyone to exploit.

What if....people got lives and shut the f*ck up about him. It seems as if one in every five posts is about "GLG", it's the "hot topic" of Conquer Club right now and it appears as if people are all vying for an opportunity to tear him down. Just play your games and stop worrying about him.
