Conquer Club

hello and welcome to first round of conquer cup 3.

this game thread will be featuring clan war between 13th seed, clan Otpisani and 21st seed, clan The Fantastic Four-Skins

terms on which we agreed:

taken from CC3 thread

- 41 total games
- 12 doubles
- 14 triples
- 14 quads
- Each clan member can only participate in 15 games per clan war
- Each clan will pick the map and settings for exactly half of the games
- The 41st game will be Quads on World 2.1, sunny, chained, no spoils
- Each map can only be used twice per clan per clan war but can only be used once per game type (i.e. once for triples and once for quads)
- There will be no freestyle, speed, manual deployments, beta maps, or nuclear spoils games allowed

additional agreements:
- this clan war will be played in two batches:
1. first batch: both clans will create 2 doubles, 4 triples, 4 quads. all games will be created and send no later then friday april 20th. opposing teams will have 5 days to fill those games. clan Otpisani as better seeded clan will create tie breaker.
2. second batch: both clans will create 4 doubles, 3 triples, 3 quads. all games will be created and send no later then friday may 4th. opposing teams will have 5 days to fill those games.

im just realistic! before KORT we have only TFFS, TOFU and PACK to take care off! who wouldve thought about any of these matchups to be hard?!

Well, neither can the one who created the clan war "tournament", games title (2012 [CC3] [April] Opti vs TFFS) has our abbreviation misspelled to Opti instead of Otpi, or even better OTP.

i think it was Nicky, and i send her PM regarding it... and its not first time... this is starting to get on my nerves. every single time i have to correct ppl, because in english language, its impossible to pronounce oTP....

you don't have to pronounce it to write it correctly - three letters O-T-P, how hard can it be

first post updated with Otpisani players count... we are using 30, with only two(dinustef with 5 and sudija77 with 4) exceeding 3 games in first round. something im really proud of as im sure there arent that many clans using this many players! and 2/3 of them didnt even know what clan and clan wars are just 3 months ago!!!

now we (just) need to continue being successful

also, thanks to Nicky, we have our abbreviation in CW link under the games corrected, and its all good there too...

Assuming that there will not be any absurd randomness anomalies this should be a very close war.

Well opt have big advantage,because TFFS decide to sellect maps,usualy they are much better on random maps, so i give win to opt

Hey don't mock my predictions, the last one I got spot on

Noone from TFFS wants to join our third crusade game. They must be scared to death. I offer a win for otpisani without playing it. You will save the points and your face.

2 of TFFS players joined Third crusade (probably by some mistake), but the third one was smart and "missed" the invite. He had some very important things to do!

I guess it really means that TFFS wants to accept my offer, but they are afraid it would send the bad message to the rest of the clan world. Freak, can we say that enough time passed and say it`s Otpisani W? I realise why they can`t say the word forfeit aloud, so lets just write it down and pretend it didn`t happen.

sorry, out of all the players in our clan (i.e., 12 that are active) the person i invited had his premium expire and won't be able to upgrade until he gets back from a work-related trip. i joined it, so it is active now.
