Concise description: Medals given to players who take their turns quickly after previous player's turn.

Specifics/Details:
Compute average times elapsed following end of previous player's turn before player begins their own turn. Medals could be graded based on average times - e.g., highest for average of 30 min. or less, next for one hour, next for two hours, etc. Maybe three or four levels?

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
Firstly encourages players to take turns as quickly as possible. Secondly enables players starting games to select other players who will move game along more quickly.

That's not really a fantastic idea at all. That's a medal that takes no commitment at all.
Just take your turns fast and get a medal?

You already have attendance percentages. This would be a waste and abusive towards the medal system.
