Lots of missing bonuses

I`m only getting bonuses for new fish when I have most if not all of the other gangs.

Yes you need to hold the gang leader to get the bonus you hold none of them. They are El Burro (back right corner of call block A), General Kong (back left corner of cell block B), Don Vichi (Back Right C), Kaiser (Back Left D) and Big Smoke (top center general population).
Says so pretty much middle of the left hand side of the map under the colours for each of the gangs
Is also all of the names with a box around their names. I hope this helps though looks like you are comfortably winning the game anyway
